[Detailed description of the invention] This invention places plates on the upper and lower surfaces of the torn belt, and places the connecting nails that pass through the upper and lower plates by placing a lower driving stand with a guide under the belt and driving the connecting nails from above into the normal shape. The present invention relates to a belt fastener characterized by being bent and fixed, and the object thereof is to easily provide a stable belt fastener that is easy to operate.

Conventionally, if a sharp stone or the like is caught between the drum and the belt, the conveyor belt will tear vertically. To repair such tear damage, fix the continuity plate with bolts and nuts, or Methods such as caulking the exposed back side of the belt of the continuation fittings have been used, but in this case, it is difficult to turn over the long conveyor belt and work, and it is difficult to transport powdered materials such as cement or water-containing materials. In the case of belts, there is a risk that the object may leak through the cracks, so a sheet for preventing load drop is pasted on the cracks with rubber glue or the like to eliminate the defects.
Incidentally, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 49-8965 also discloses the method, but since it requires tightening and fixing with a nut, it is necessary to turn the belt over and operate it, and the operation of screwing the nut requires a considerable amount of effort. In short, fixing multiple joints one by one with screws has the disadvantage of being extremely troublesome, and also has disadvantages such as losing the nuts when operating in a dark mine at the site, so it is not recommended for emergency repairs. It is believed that there are various disadvantages in terms of use. In addition, a device such as Utility Model Application Publication No. 48-76356 is also disclosed, but since the fitting is a device with claws that are driven into a metal plate, the object to be transported is powdered cement or water-containing material, etc. In this case, the sheet-like material adhered to the surface is likely to be peeled off and damaged between the metal plates, resulting in the drawback of leakage.

Reference numeral 3 denotes an elongated metal lower plate with rounded corners, in which two through holes 1, 1, 2, and 2 are formed on each side of the center line. Reference numeral 5 designates an upper plate having the same shape as the lower plate 3, in which through holes 4, 4 are formed to face the through holes 1, 1 on both outer sides of the plate 3. Of course, this upper plate can be replaced by the lower plate 3 having four through holes. Reference numeral 6 denotes a connecting claw with a U-shaped side surface, and the two claws are connected by a connecting piece 6a. The tips of both claws are sharpened to form a shape convenient for driving. However, in order to connect the torn part of the belt using the belt fastener of the present invention, the lower plate 3 is placed on the lower mold 8 of the driving table having the toe bending guide 7 having a bowl-shaped curved surface. Insert the upper plate 5 into the upper plate fixing hole of the driving table top mold 10 that is in contact with the lower surface of the belt 9 and fixed to the upper surface of the belt 9, and insert the connecting claw 6 from the tip through the through holes 4, 4 of the upper plate 5, and the belt. 9. Through holes 1, 1 in lower plate 3
It is driven from above so that it penetrates.
In this case, the tip of the connecting claw 6 is bent by the tip bending guide 7 provided on the lower die of the driving table, and the leading edge is inserted into the through holes 2, 2 inside the lower plate 3 from below. , the connecting claw 6 is firmly connected without coming off.

In addition, when the conveyor belt 9 conveys fine powder, etc., in order to prevent the load from falling from the cut part of the belt between the fasteners, a series of sheets of pseudo leather etc. are used as the upper plate 5 as shown in FIG. It can be even more effective by using things,
In the present invention, the upper and lower plates 3 and 5 are simply provided outside the connecting claw 6, so that the joining action is improved and the surfaces of the pasted sheets are covered in close proximity to each other. It completely prevents the peeling of the adhesive and maintains a good adhesion state, and from this point of view, the effect is remarkable.
