形は複数の射出装置と回転金型等により成形され
ている。このような方式は複数の射出装置を備え
ているため装置が大形化してコストを高くし、操
作も面倒であつた。さらに動力を始としてエネル
ギーの損失も大きい。

シリンダ11の外周にはヒータ12を設けかつ
その内周にはスクリユ13を挿入している。スク
リユ13には元端側から始まる第1溝14と第1

えている。なお溝15の長さは15ないし20Dであ
る。第1溝14の始点近くにはシリンダ11にシ
ヤツタ16を有する第1ホツパ17を取付け、ま
た第2溝15の始点近くにはシリンダ11にシヤ
ツタ18を有する第2ホツパ19を取付けてあ
る。なお第1ホツパ17の口部は大きくして樹脂
をスクリユに充分喰込ませて供給の安定化を計つ
ている。また第2ホツパ19は第3図に示すよう
にシリンダ11の直上にしないで喰込み側に設け
樹脂の喰込を良くしている。
