Conventionally, simple buildings such as vinyl greenhouses and prefabricated buildings are formed using various types of aluminum satsushi board materials, but angle materials are especially used for right-angled parts such as the top of the roof and the corners of external walls. A glass material is connected between the angle material and the plate material. However, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the conventional gasket 31 has an angle material 21 and a glass plate 2.
3, or by simply connecting adjacent members such as the glass plate 23 and the reinforcing plate material 22.
For this reason, even aluminum sash products corrode or rust due to humidity and salt damage in coastal areas and areas with heavy rainfall, resulting in a lack of durability.

The present invention has been developed in view of these conventional drawbacks, and it connects the angle material, the glass material, and the reinforcing plate material, and also covers the outside of the angle material and the reinforcing plate material with this gasket. It has increased durability, and its structure consists of a long cover connecting piece whose central portion is made bendable by a flexible member, and a pair of thin connecting parts attached to the lower surfaces of substantially both edges of the cover connecting piece. At the same time, a fitting groove for removably fitting the fitting protrusion is provided on the upper surface of the cover connecting piece on an extension line of the connecting part, and a fitting groove is provided at the end of the cover connecting piece. Each bendable edge piece is formed, and between each hook part and the cover connecting piece, and on the opposing inner sides of both connecting parts, there is a fitting recess into which both ends of the angle material or reinforcing plate material are fitted. are formed respectively, and a fitting recess into which the end of the glass plate is fitted is provided on the outside of the connecting portion.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. 1 is a long gasket made of a flexible material such as hard rubber or hard synthetic resin, and a narrow folding piece is provided in the center to make it easy to bend. Cover connecting pieces 3, 3 having curved portions 2 in the longitudinal direction are formed, and the lower surfaces of substantially both ends of the connecting pieces 3, 3 have sufficient strength through narrow connecting portions 4, 4, respectively. Latch part 5,
5 is provided, and the hooking portions 5, 5 and the cover connecting pieces 3,
Fitting recesses 6a, 6b, 6a, 6 are formed in pairs on both sides of the connecting portions 4, 4 located between the
form b. Pressing protrusions 7, 7 are provided at both ends of the lower surfaces of the cover connecting pieces 3, 3, and furthermore,
Pressing protrusions 8, 8, 8, 8 are also provided at both ends of the upper surfaces of the latching pieces 5, 5, respectively. Reference numeral 9 denotes fitting grooves located at substantially both ends of the cover connecting pieces 3, 3, and provided in the longitudinal direction so as to coincide with the centers of the connecting parts 4, 4, in which the angle material 21 or The reinforcing plate material 22 is fitted into the other fitting recesses 6b, 6b.
In order to fit or remove the glass plate 23, the edge pieces 3 of the cover connecting pieces 3, 3 are provided.
This is provided to make it possible to bend a and 3a.
In these fitting grooves 9, 9 there is a fitting protrusion 1 shown in FIG.
0 is fitted.

Next, to explain the operation of this embodiment, when connecting the glass plate to the reinforcing plate material 22 placed between the transparent glass plates 23, 23 used when constructing a simple building such as a sunroom or a greenhouse. The outer side of the reinforcing plate material 22 is covered with the gasket 1, and the fitting recesses 6 are located facing each other on the inner side of the lower surface.
The reinforcing plate material 22 is fitted into the insides of the reinforcing plates 22a and 6a, and then the glass plates 23 and 23 are fitted into the fitting recesses 6b and 6b located on the outside of the lower surface. After that, the fitting protrusions 10, 10 are fitted into the fitting grooves 9, 9 located on substantially both sides of the upper surface of the cover connecting piece, and the bending properties of the edge pieces 3a, 3a are lost, so that the reinforcing plate material 22 and the glass plate 23 is firmly fixed.

In addition, when connecting the angle member 21 located at the corner and the glass members 23, 23, first bend the gasket 1 to the outside of the angle member 21 at a right angle from the central portion, for example, the narrow width portion 2. , the fitting recesses 6a, 6a located facing each other are fitted and installed, and then, after fitting the glass plates 23, 23 into the other fitting recesses 6b, 6b, the fitting grooves 9, 9 are fitted. When the fitting protrusions 10, 10 are fitted, the edge pieces 3a,
The flexibility of glass plates 3a is lost, and the glass plates 23, 23 are fixedly held in the fitting recesses 6a, 6b, 6a, 6b by the hooks 5, 5 and the edge pieces 3a, 3a. In this case, the press-contact protrusions 7 and 8 provided on the outside of each fitting recess so as to protrude inwardly are in close contact with the angle material 21, the reinforcing plate material 22, and the glass plate 23, respectively, so that watertightness and airtightness are maintained. becomes even better, and no capillary action occurs.

In coastal areas and areas with heavy rainfall, iron and aluminum rust or corrode in a short period of time due to salt damage and humidity; however, in this example, even if glass plates are exposed, metal Since the angle material 21 and the reinforcing member 22 made of sash are completely shielded from rain, wind and salt damage by the gasket 1, durability can be improved. In particular, since the outer side of the angle member 21 that reinforces the corner portion is double reinforced with this gasket 1, the strength of the corner portion of the building can be increased.
