あけた位置に円周方向に形成された溝とを備えた
ハウジングと、このハウジングの溝に係合し該ハ
ウジングをフレームに固定するテーパー付ストツ
プリングとを有し、前記ハウジングがそのフラン
ジとは反対側の端部で、ローラの一端を回転自在
