Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】回転駆動される丸刃物を設け、丸刃物と対面す
る位置に向けて往復動する給送箱を設け、給送箱
の丸刃物側の端から突出した食品の端を回転中の
丸刃物で切截する食品スライサにおいて、取付ブラケツトに軸受ブラケツトを傾斜角度調
整可能に取付け、軸受ブラケツトに砥石軸を軸支
し、砥石軸に砥石を取付け、砥石を丸刃物の刃先
の刃面に当接可能に装置し、取付ブラケツトと軸
受ブラケツトの一方に角度の目盛板を、他方に目
盛板の目盛を指示する針をそれぞれ取付け、目盛
板と針によつて砥石による丸刃物の刃先の研ぎ角
度を表示する機構を設けたことを特徴とする刃物
