…供試ガス排出筒、１３…ホルダ筒、１６…酸素
センサ、１８…ガイド筒。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 供試ガス供給筒と、供試ガス排出筒と、これら
    供試ガス供給筒と供試ガス排出筒との間に配設さ
    れたホルダ筒とを具備し、該ホルダ筒に、排気ガ
    ス中の酸素濃度を検出する酸素センサを装着して
    、前記供試ガス供給筒側から前記ホルダ筒を介し
    て前記供試ガス排出筒側に向かつて供試ガスを流
    すことにより、前記酸素センサの性能を試験する
    ようにした酸素センサ試験装置において、前記供
    試ガス供給筒内に該供試ガス供給筒の内周面との
    間に間隙を存してガイド筒を配設し、前記供試ガ
    ス供給筒の供給口から供給した供試ガスが、前記
    間隙内に滞溜すると共に前記ガイド筒内を通つて
    前記ホルダ筒を介して前記供試ガス排出筒側へ流
    れるように構成したことを特徴とする酸素センサ
    試験装置。
