In addition, in the case of fiber lining, a steel protection plate is installed inside the furnace for the purpose of protecting the fiber and preventing plate defects due to the fiber shot falling, but this protection plate and the element may be damaged due to deformation of the element. There is a risk of electrical leakage due to contact.

The present invention has solved the above-mentioned problems, and its gist is that in a continuous annealing furnace lined with a fiber lining and provided with a heater element, a hanger is attached to a support fixed to the iron skin of the outer wall of the furnace. The bricks are supported and fixed so as to protrude into the furnace to hold the heater element, and a protective plate is provided on the fiber lining surface, and a steel shelf is fixed to the iron shell. In addition, a protector brick is installed inside this shelf to prevent the heating element from coming into contact with the furnace wall.

以下本発明を図面について説明する。 The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a side view of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view of the present invention. In the present invention, in a furnace using a fiber-lined heating element, bricks for supporting the element are housed and held in a steel box fitted with tension hardware. That is, the continuous annealing furnace of the present invention has an iron skin 1 disposed on the outer wall, and is lined with a fiber lining 2. Although the fiber lining 2 may be made of refractory bricks partially on the inside of the furnace, it is preferable that the inside surface of the furnace is made of fiber.

That is, in the present invention, the protector brick 6 is held by a steel shelf 9 to which tension hardware 10 is attached so that the element heater 3 does not come into contact with the fiber protection plate 4 in the furnace. If the fiber lining is exposed to high temperatures for a long time, it will form fine powder that will fall and adhere to the steel strip, forming pit-like flaws, which will reduce the commercial value of the product.

In the present invention, in order to prevent this drawback, the lining surface is protected with a steel protection plate, and a protector brick is provided to prevent an electric leakage accident that may occur due to contact between the heater element and the protection plate. That is, on the steel shelf 9 having the tension hardware 10,
Since the protector brick 6 is installed inside for insulation, the above-mentioned concerns can be solved.

As described above, according to the present invention, in a conventional continuous annealing furnace lined with refractory bricks, pit-shaped flaws were observed to occur on the steel strip due to refractory powder, but this can be prevented by the fiber lining, and product flaws can be prevented. Maintenance management of the heating element is easy,
Its industrial effects are great.
