Structure of conventional examples and their problems In general, insulating boxes such as refrigerators are made of an inner box, an outer box, and a foamed insulation material (hereinafter referred to as urethane) filled in the space between the two boxes. Freon gas is generated, which accumulates in corners and other areas, creating voids, which are unfilled areas with urethane. Naturally, when voids occur, insulation performance is not achieved, so the insulation box was scrapped. Therefore, the insulating box was tilted and urethane was injected from the bottom surface, and an air vent hole was provided in the bottom section, which had no external defects, to allow the fluorocarbon gas to escape, thereby preventing the occurrence of voids. However, such a configuration results in a very large device, with the insulating box body being tilted. Also, since it was injected from the bottom, voids inevitably occurred at the back of the top surface. As a result, the insulation performance was poor and scraps were occurring frequently.

Purpose of the Invention This invention was made in consideration of the above points, and its purpose is to prevent the occurrence of voids by improving the carrying handles on the top and back of the container, which are areas where voids are likely to occur.

Structure of the invention In order to achieve the above object, the insulating box of the invention has a notch in the mounting hole of the transportation handle, and
A ventilation passage is formed between the handle flange of the transportation handle and the outer box, and a bent part is provided in this ventilation passage to prevent the occurrence of voids.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the figure, 1 indicates an outer box 2, an inner box 3, and a urethane (foamed insulation material) 4 filled between both boxes 2 and 3.
It is an insulated box consisting of

Reference numeral 5 designates a transportation handle fitted into the mounting hole 6 of the outer box 2. 7 is a notch provided in the mounting hole 6. 8 is a handle flange of the carrying handle 5, and 9 is a ventilation passage formed in the handle flange, which has a bent portion 9a. 10 is a urethane injection port;
1 is an air vent hole.

In this configuration, when urethane is injected from the urethane injection port 10, the urethane is foamed over the entire insulation box 1, and the gas generated at this time is discharged from the air vent hole 11 in the vicinity of the injection port 10. In addition, the area around the top back 12 is first exhausted from the notch 7 provided in the mounting hole 6 and through the ventilation passage 9 formed in the handle flange 8. Furthermore, by making the ventilation passage 9 into the shape shown in Fig. 2, the gas is smoothly discharged from the notch 7 to the ventilation passage 9, but even if urethane comes out from the notch 7 due to foaming pressure, Since it is depressurized and hardened in the middle of the ventilation passage 9, there is no leakage to the outside.

Effects of the invention As explained above, the present invention provides a notch provided in the mounting hole of the transport handle in the outer box, and further forms a ventilation path between the handle flange of the transport handle and the outer box, Gas generated during urethane foaming is discharged from the notch in the mounting hole through the ventilation path of the handle flange, making it unsafe to use a device that tilts the refrigerator body so that the gas collects on the bottom surface. In addition, it is possible to prevent voids that tend to occur on the back of the top surface, and gas can be smoothly discharged due to the ventilation path of the handle flange, but since the urethane itself hardens midway through, there is no problem in appearance. It is.
