付けるのである。このようなドアの着脱作業は流
れ作業としてボデー移送中に行われるが、ドアは
かなりの重量があるので、従来はボデー移送ライ
ン上のボデーと定位置関係を保つて平行移動する
キヤリヤの走行ラインを設け、該キヤリヤに設け
たレールに、ドアを載置するハンガーを走行ロー
ラによつて導入し、キヤリヤに設けたリフタによ
つて前記レールの高さを調節し、またハンガー上
のドア支持用レールがボデーへのドア着脱に適す
る方へ向くようハンガーを手動回転したり、ハン
ガー上でドアを手動でボデーに対し接離していた
のである。したがつて、従来はドア着脱位置の変
更に迅やかに対応できない上に、ドア着脱作業を
自動化できず、またボデーに対しドアを接離移動
する際にドア下端を損傷するおそれがあるなどの
問題があつた。
