Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はチヤンバー内に収納せしめた医療用器
具を高温高圧蒸気で滅菌せしめる蒸気滅菌器に関
するものである。

此種蒸気滅菌器はチヤンバー内に所定量の水を
フイルターを介して塵等が混入しない清水を注入
し、その貯留水を加熱沸騰せしめてチヤンバー内
に高温高圧蒸気を充満せしめ、これにより被滅菌
物を滅菌消毒するものであり、斯る注水から滅菌
終了までの滅菌工程は自動的に行なうようになさ
れている。そしてフイルターを介して流入される
水の所定量はチヤンバー内底部に設けた水位検出
装置により行なわれ、所定水量が注入されたこと
を検知すれば注水弁を自動的に閉路せしめるよう
にし、又蒸気発生は前記注水弁が閉路された後に
加熱ヒーターを自動的に通電せしめ貯留せる水を
加熱沸騰せしめるようにしている。しかし乍ら長
期間の使用により、フイルター表面に塵或いは水
垢等が異常に付着して目詰り現象となるとその注
水量は減少せられいつまで経つても所定量の注水
がなされないために次段の滅菌工程の加熱ヒータ
ーへの通電が開始されず好ましいものではなかつ
た。

滅菌工程に入ると空炊きを起し危険であり、この
場合は異常状態として異常確認回路Gによつて開
閉弁閉Fならしめると同時に異常表示回路Hを作
動させて使用者に異常状態であることを知らせる
ものである。

めて該チヤンバー内に発生する高圧蒸気で前記被
滅菌物を滅菌消毒せしめる自動式ならしめ、前記
チヤンバー内に所定量の水を注入するために必要
な注水時間幅を予め設定した注水タイマーを注水
開始から作動せしめその設定せる時間幅より遅れ
て前記水位検出装置が作動した場合に前記フイル
ターの清掃等を促す表示をするようにしたもので
あるから注水行程が進行しない事を短時間のうち
に知る事が出来ると共にフイルターの清掃が確実
に行なえチヤンバー内に注入する水は常に清潔で
良好なる滅菌処理が行なえるものである。
