In audio equipment or precision equipment, the performance of the equipment may be degraded not only by external vibrations but also by vibrations accompanying the driving of the equipment. For example, in a record player, vibrations from a speaker that reproduces sound from the player may be transmitted through the floor, walls, etc. and applied to the player, causing so-called howling. Such howling also occurs in the speaker box, degrading the quality of the reproduced sound.

In order to prevent this kind of howling, we use materials that are laminated with many layers of vibration isolating materials such as felt, sponge, and rubber sheets, materials that are made of rubber that is simply shaped like a bell, and hollow rubber materials such as tennis balls. Some products have been proposed and commercialized, such as those that are housed on a stand to prevent them from rolling, or those that utilize the damping effect of gas or viscous fluid and have a spring attached to the outer periphery of a cylindrical damper. However, those made of laminated rubber or other vibration-proofing materials or formed into a bell shape have poor initial sensitivity, and have the disadvantage that it is difficult to control aging of the rubber and the elasticity and viscosity of the material. Furthermore, in the case of using a hollow rubber ball, there is a natural limit to the vibration damping and braking action that utilizes the compressibility of air and the elasticity of the rubber ball, and good vibration isolation properties may not be exhibited in some cases. On the other hand, vibration absorbers using dampers and springs are effective in preventing vertical vibrations.
Moreover, although it can exhibit almost the same performance over many years, it has the disadvantage of being weak against lateral vibrations.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the vibration absorbing device of the present invention has a hollow housing 1.
, a support part 9 consisting of a support shaft 7 having a support base 3 on which a load is placed at the upper end and a leaf spring 5 at the lower end; and a wire rod 13 that suspends and supports the support part 9 within the housing 1. including. In this embodiment, the housing 1 consists of a substrate 15 and a cylindrical support 19 fixed onto the substrate 15 by screws 17. In this case, the lower surface of the substrate 15 is made of, for example, soft rubber. A vibration-proof sheet 21 is attached. At the upper end of the support body 19, there is a cover plate 2 having a through hole 23 in the center thereof into which the support shaft 7 is loosely fitted.
5 is integrally formed. Also, this cover plate 2
5 is provided with a plurality of support holes 27 (four in this embodiment) on the same circumference with a 90 degree gap around the through hole 23, and the wire 13 is passed through the holes 27. It is adapted to be inserted into the housing 1. To explain the support part 9, the support stand 3 has a vibration-proof rubber sheet 31 affixed to the upper surface on which a record player or the like is placed, and is height adjustable with respect to the above-mentioned support shaft 7. It is screwed on. Further, a plate spring 5 formed in, for example, a cross shape is fixed to the lower end of the support shaft 7. In this case, the leaf spring 5 is composed of a stacked leaf spring that is a combination of three similar leaf springs of different sizes: large, medium, and small. The leaf spring 35 is provided with four small holes 29 formed at positions directly below the support hole 27. In this embodiment, the leaf spring 5 is configured as a stacked leaf spring made up of three leaf springs, but the shape and number of leaf springs can be designed and designed as appropriate, taking into consideration the weight of the object to be supported, natural frequency, etc. It should be selected. Wire rod 13
has threaded parts (not shown) at its upper and lower ends, and after inserting into the upper support hole 27 and the small hole 29 of the lower leaf spring 35, a spherical stopper 37 is screwed into the threaded parts. It is stretched between the cover plate 25 of the support body 19 and the leaf spring 5 so as not to come off, and in this way, the entire support part 9 is suspended from the housing 1 via the leaf spring 5. . In this case, the type and diameter of the wire 13 or the shape and fixing method of the stopper 37 are appropriately selected depending on design conditions such as the weight of the object to be supported, as in the case of the leaf spring described above. In the above configuration, a load such as a record player is placed on the support base 3 and supported by the housing 1 via the above-described leaf spring 5 and wire rod 13. Therefore, even if external vibration is transmitted to the housing 1 from a vibration source such as a speaker (not shown) through the floor or wall, most of the transverse vibration component is absorbed and alleviated by the wire 13, while the longitudinal vibration Most of the vibration components are absorbed and relaxed by the leaf spring 5, and very few vibration components are transmitted to the player on the support base 3 as a source of noise or howling. In addition, wire rod 13
The length of the wire 13, the strength of the leaf spring 5, the spring coefficient, etc. depend on the weight and natural frequency of the equipment to be vibration-isolated, the vibration mode of the external vibration source, etc. By arbitrarily changing , it is possible to exhibit optimal vibration-proofing properties depending on the location and purpose of use. In this vibration absorbing device, in addition to the above-described configuration, the following braking means can be added. As the braking means, for example, there is a method that utilizes the viscous resistance of a viscous fluid. That is, by filling the housing 1 with a viscous fluid such as silicone oil and immersing at least the leaf spring 5 in the viscous fluid, the longitudinal vibration of the leaf spring 5 and the lateral vibration of the wire 13 can be more effectively damped.・Can be braked. Vibration damping and braking can be controlled by adjusting the kinematic viscosity coefficient of the viscous fluid to be filled. Other braking means include the use of a pair of magnets. That is, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a pair of permanent magnets 39 and 41 are attached between the leaf spring 5 and the substrate 15 so that the same polar surfaces face each other. In this modified embodiment, one permanent magnet 39 is attached to a bolt 33 that fixes the leaf spring 5 to a part of the lower surface of the leaf spring 5.
The other permanent magnet 41 is screwed into a screw hole 43 drilled in a portion of the base plate 15 located directly below the bolt 33 so as to be height adjustable. . This configuration is particularly effective in damping and braking the longitudinal component of vibration, and its adjustment can be done, for example, by moving the permanent magnet 41 to the substrate 15.
This is done by rotating it from the bottom with a screwdriver or the like to change its height. Note that the shape of the housing 1 is not limited to the cylindrical shape of the above embodiment.

As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, according to the present invention, since the support part is suspended using a leaf spring and a wire rod, vibration components in both the vertical and horizontal directions can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to provide a vibration absorbing device that has good initial sensitivity and is particularly excellent in vibration damping performance for lateral vibration components compared to conventional devices.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, vibration isolation can be controlled according to the vibration mode by selecting the leaf spring or wire, so a highly reliable vibration absorbing device can be provided, and in particular, the usage performance of audio equipment can be improved. can be measured.
