Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は二重管噴霧式乾燥機に関し、更に詳し
くは周囲にジヤケツト管を有する乾燥管と、該乾
燥管の一端に設けられた原液供給ノズルと、該原
液供給ノズルの先端部に内側から同方向に開口す
る蒸気噴霧管とからなる二重管噴霧式乾燥機に関

従来、二重管乾燥機においては原液の予熱器又

なるとか、二重管々内流速が加熱のために遅くな
り管内面に乾燥粉が付着し熱伝導が悪くなるとか

以下図示の実施例に基づいて本考案を説明す
る。第1図は本考案の実施例を示す説明図であ
る。Aは二重管噴霧式乾燥機で、乾燥管1の周囲
には蒸気入口9及び出口10を有するジヤケツト
管2が設けてあり、乾燥管1の一端には原液供給
ノズル3が乾燥管1の軸方向にノズル先端部5を
開口させて設けてある。更に原液供給ノズル3の
内部には先端がノズル先端部5に内側から同方向
同軸に開口する蒸気噴霧管(又は蒸気供給ノズ
ル)4が設けてある。このように構成され、原液
は導入管7から原液供給ノズル3内に入りノズル
先端部5から乾燥管1内に吐出又は噴出される。
一方水蒸気は導入管8から蒸気噴霧管4に入り管
先端部6から噴霧され、原液に混入する。そし
て、原液を加熱すると共に原液の流速を上げる。
原液は乾燥管1内を通過しながらジヤケツト管2
からの熱により乾燥し出口11から粉体(固形
分)が取り出される。なお、水蒸気は原液を加熱

On the other hand, water vapor enters the steam spraying tube 4 from the introduction tube 8 and is sprayed from the tube tip 6, where it is mixed into the stock solution. Then, the stock solution is heated and the flow rate of the stock solution is increased.
While passing through the drying tube 1, the stock solution is transferred to the jacket tube 2.
The powder (solid content) is dried by the heat from the outlet 11 and taken out from the outlet 11. Note that the water vapor is appropriately released through the outlet 11 after heating the stock solution.
乾燥管は長尺管であつても良いので、原液の輸
送管を乾燥管にすることができ、又、原液タンク
の底部に原液供給ノズルを設けても蒸気噴霧によ
り原液に流速を与え得る場合は、乾燥管への原液
ポンプ等は不要となり装置的にも極めて簡略化さ

とからなり、乾燥管の他端が固形分及び水蒸気を
取り出して粉体を分離するための開口となる二重
