長くかつアルミ層と略同厚に成型された樹脂で固
めた砂よりなる筒状の介在片をその一端から嵌め
ると共に上記鋼アイに上記介在片の他端軸孔に挿
入される突軸部を形成したことを特徴とする圧縮
