Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は自動停止装置付スライダーを具備する
開離嵌挿具付スライドフアスナーに関する発明で
ある。

(従来技術) 蝶棒及び箱棒並びに箱棒に固着した箱体を利用
して、蝶棒側のストリンガーをスライダーから完
全に離脱させ、或は嵌挿して箱棒側のストリンガ
ーとスライダーを介して繋合させて使用する所謂
開離嵌挿具付のスライドフアスナーは、本出願前
周知である。所が此の開離嵌挿具付スライドフア
スナーの蝶棒側のストリンガーを完全に分離した
場合にスライダーが箱棒側のストリンガーから取
扱う者の意に反して抜落ちるのを防止する為、自
動停止装置を有するスライダーを配備した開離嵌
挿具付のスライドフアスナーに於ては、自動停止
装置をスライダーに配備する際、其の停止爪が箱
棒側のフアスナーエレメント列に作用する様にす
る事を第1の条件とし、亦蝶棒のスライダー及び
箱体への挿入を容易にする事を第2の条件とし
て、通常上記スライダーの停止爪を箱棒側のエレ
メント列に第1の条件と仝じく作用する様に配置
していた。所が此の様に構成した物では、左右両
ストリンガーを完全に分離した状態でスライダー
を箱体上端に位置させると箱体から突出している
扁平棒状の箱体の露出部の側面に夫れ迄接触して
いたスライダーの箱棒側のフランジが、スライダ
ーの後口附近の案内溝の空間が蝶棒の分離に伴つ
て拡がつた影響に依り箱棒側のエレメントから離
れ第7図に示す様にライダー全体が傾斜し夫れに
伴い夫れ迄箱棒上面に位置していた停止爪は箱棒
側ストリンガーのテープ側に移動する。而うする
と次に此のスライダーに対し、蝶棒側のストリン
ガーの蝶棒をスライダーの肩口から再度挿入しよ
うとしても、上記テープ側に移動した停止爪が箱
棒のテープ側の側面に引掛りスライダーが傾いた
侭なので蝶棒の下端が箱棒の上端附近に当つて蝶
棒をスライダーへ挿入出来ない事態と成る事が
屡々発生した。而して此の停止爪の引掛りに依る
支障を解消する為には、通常スライダーの引手を
引張つて停止爪をスライダーの案内溝から後退さ
せ、尚且スライダーのフランジ内面を箱棒の側部
に当接し其の後口端を箱体上端に接触させた状態
に戻した上でなければ、蝶棒の円滑な挿入が不可
能であり、スライドフアスナーを衣類等へ縫着す
るミシン加工の際や、亦利用者が衣類等を着用す
る際にも共に上記操作が免倒な為其の改良が望ま
れていた。而して例えば特公昭47−9388号特許公
報記載のものでは、箱棒に突条を之に対する凹条
をスライダーの上翼内面に設け、両者の嵌着に依
つて箱体の近傍では常にスライダーが箱体に対し
て其の後口端を箱体上面と正しく対接出来る様に
構成する事に依つて蝶棒の挿入を容易にしている
が、此のスライダーは自動停止装置のスライダー
に属せず亦上止については何の記載も無い。

ライダーを上止を越えて離脱させ又は装着する事
の可能な自動停止装置付スライダーを具備する開
離嵌挿具付のスライドフアスナーの提供に在る。

(発明の構成) 上記目的の為本発明では、周知の金属製及び合
成樹脂製のスライドフアスナーに於て(1)先づ本発
明の第1の目的を達成する構成として自動停止装
置の停止爪を従来の箱棒側から蝶棒側へ配置を変
更したスライダーをチエーンに装着してある。此
の事に依り箱棒側のストリンガーに蝶棒側スリン
ガーを完全分離した際係止しているスライダーが
下端の箱体近くに在る際スライダーが箱棒に対し
て傾いても停止爪が箱棒側に突出していない為箱
棒のテープ側の側面に爪先が引掛つて蝶棒の挿入
が困難と成る事態は起きず、簡単にスライダーの
端部を箱体の上端に合致させて蝶棒の挿入を操作
出来る。而して其の際、停止爪の爪先は圧接バネ
に依つて蝶棒側のエレメント列上部に位置してス
ライダーの案内溝内に突出しているが、爪先の形
状が一般的にもスライダーの後口側はエレメント
側面にきつちりと接触してスライダーの停止を確
固とする為第5図に示す様に垂直面Eとするのに
対し、肩口側は弛い曲面或は斜面Fとしてあるの
で蝶棒のスライダーを通つた後の箱体への挿入に
際しても大きな抵抗を感ずる事なく、蝶棒が爪先
をカバーに内蔵した圧接バネの押し下げ力に抗し
てスライダーの上翼内に後退させて通過し、箱体
内に箱棒と並んで嵌装する事が可能である。(2)次
に第2の目的を達成する為、即ちフアスナー単体
としての各加工或は流通分野での取扱中、若しく
は衣類等に縫着した後も蝶棒側のストリンガーを
分離した際等に箱棒側に停止爪が作用しない本発
明のスライダーが、箱棒側のストリンガーの上止
から容易には抜出ない為の構成として、本発明で
は箱棒側のストリンガーの金属製或は合成樹脂製
の上止の一面又は上下両面の平坦面に上止と一体
に1乃至数個の突起又は畝状の突条から成る突部
を附設した。此の事に依つて蝶棒側のストリンガ
ーのエレメント列にスライダーの停止爪が作用せ
ずエレメント列沿いに極めて移動し易いスライダ
ーが箱棒側の上止部から容易に抜け出る事を防止
した。(3)第3の目的である合成樹脂製の務歯を植
付ける形式.フイラメント材から成るフアスナー
エレメントを装着する形式等各種のタイプの合成
樹脂製スライドフアスナー及び金属製スライドフ
アスナーを含め、必要に応じ比較的簡便に且上止
等の部品を損傷する事無くスライダーを箱棒側の
ストリンガーから上止を越えて分離する事を可能
とする為、箱棒側の上止を特に合成樹脂材料の成
形物とする事に依り、スライダーを通常の操作時
よりも相当程度強く引上げると上記突部がスライ
ダーの肩口端縁の面取斜面に圧接する為弾性変形
して圧縮しスライダーの案内溝内を無理無く且相
互に損傷せず通過して上止からスライダーを分離
出来、分離後の上止の突部は合成樹脂材料の有す
る弾性により旧に復し繰返し装着又は分離を行つ
ても上止としての機能に何の影響をも与えない構
成とした。

(実施例) 以下本発明を開離嵌挿具付のスライドフアスナ
ーに実施した場合について図面を参照して説明す
るが、本発明の対象は務歯を植え付けたタイプに
限定されるものでは無い事は云う迄もない。第1
図に於て、1は開離嵌挿具付のスライドフアスナ
ー、2は後述する蝶棒側のストリンガー、3は上
記蝶棒側のストリンガー2のテープの一側縁の隆
起縁部に等間隔に固設した蝶棒側のフアスナーエ
レメント列、4は蝶棒側のエレメント列3の下端
に隣接してストリンガー2のテープの上記***縁
部に固設した蝶棒、5は蝶棒4の反対側のエレメ
ント列3の上端に隣接してストリンガー2のテー
プの仝じく上記***縁部に固設した蝶棒4側の上
止であるが、スライドフアスナーの種類に依つて
は此の上止を欠くものも有る。6は後述する箱棒
側のストリンガー、7は上記箱棒側のストリンガ
ー6のテープの一側縁の***縁部に等間隔に固設
したフアスナーエレメント列、8は箱棒側のフア
スナーエレメント列7の下端に隣接してストリン
ガー6のテープの***縁部に固設した箱棒、9は
箱棒8に固着した箱体、10は箱棒8側のフアス
ナーエレメント列7の上端に隣接しストリンガー
6の上記***縁部に固設した箱棒側の上止、11
は上記両フアスナーエレメント列3及び7に跨つ
て装着した自動停止装置付のスライダー、12は
其の引手、13はカバー、14はカバー13の蝶
棒側の下端に配備した停止爪で、例えば第5図に
示す様にカバー13内に内蔵する圧接バネに依つ
て常時は蝶棒側のフアスナーエレメント列3の隣
接するエレメントとエレメントとの間の凹部に爪
先を挿入しスライダー11をフアスナーエレメン
ト列3の適宜の位置に於て係止するが、引手12
を引上げて操作し上記圧接バネの押圧力に抗し停
止爪14を引揚げると、スライダー11は上記係
止を解放し摺動可能状態と成る。尚此処で云う自
動停止装置付スライダーとは、停止爪をバネ力に
よつてエレメントとエレメントとの間の凹部に突
入させるものであれば良く第5図に示した形式の
ものに限定されない。15は蝶棒側及び箱棒側の
両ストリンガー2及び6のテープの端部に貼着或
は接着により固着したテープのほつれ止の合成樹
脂製のフイルム又はテープで箱体9及びスライダ
ー11に対する蝶棒4の挿入操作時には、両スト
リンガー2及び6のテープ15を指先で把持して
操作する。16は前記箱棒側の上止10のスライ
ダー11の肩口へ納まる平坦面Sの上面又は上下
両面に上止10と一体に隆設した突部で、本発明
の第2の目的としてスライダーのストリンガー6
からの抜け落ちを防止すると共に、本発明の第3
の目的としてスライダー11の箱棒側のストリン
ガー6からの必要の際には抜き出し及び装着を可
能とする為に配設するものである。尚上記各構成
部分の中、フアスナーエレメント3及び7、蝶棒
4、箱棒8、箱体9、上止5及び10、スライダ
ー11等の諸部品は、本発明の第1及び第2の目
的に対応する為には周知の金属材料或は合成樹脂
材料例えばポリアセタール系、ポリアミド系等の
耐摩耗性及び耐衝撃性並びに滑べり良さを備えた
合成樹脂材料の塑性加工に依る成形物で形成する
のが適当であり、テープ及び***縁部は天然或は
合成繊維材とするが、第3の目的にも対応させる
場合は合成樹脂製のスライドフアスナーでは其の
侭、金属製のスライドフアスナーでは上止10の
みを上記の様な合成樹脂材料の成形物とすれば良
い。第2図及び第3図に於て、箱棒側の上止10
の平坦面Sに隆設した突部16は、上止10の上
面Sの上縁17の近くに1乃至数個の扁平な***
突起又は上部を粗面若しくは凹凸面或はローレツ
ト面とした扁平突起、若しくは2乃3個の畝状の
稍細長い***突条群として形成する。而して第2
図に示したものでは、フアスナーエレメント3及
び7を噛合せたチエーンにスライダー11を装着
し、スライダー11を引上げて上止5及び10に
当接した際上止5及び10がスライダー11の肩
口18から其の殆ど全体近くをスライダー11の
Y字状案内溝19内に納まり上止5及び10が其
の側面をスライダー11のダイヤモンド20及び
フランジ21に当接すると共に、両者のエレメン
ト側の下端部M及びNを当接してスライダーを停
止する形式の場合を例示してあり、此の場合は蝶
棒側及び箱棒側のストリンガー2及び6はスライ
ダー11に依る噛合せの後方のテープの両端が八
の字状に大きく開いて体裁の良くない状態には成
らず、両テープ端が狭く寄り合つて位置するので
此の形式のものを衣類等に装着すればフアスナー
上部の仕末が良く優れた体裁のものとする事が出
来る。亦第2図の肩口18附近に点線で示し、第
3図に於て傾斜部として画いてある斜面は、スラ
イダー11の肩口18に通常の場合設けてある面
取り斜面22であるが、箱棒8側の上止10の突
部16は此の面取り斜面22の後口寄りでスライ
ダー11の上翼の下面に係止する事になる。本発
明の実施例は上記の構成を有しているから、(i)通
常の使用に際しては、(1)蝶棒側のストリンガー2
を分離した状態では、箱棒側のストリンガー6に
装着したスライダー11は其の停止爪14が箱棒
8側のフアスナーエレメント列の位置に無いか
ら、第6図に示す様に実線の位置から上止10に
当接する位置迄容易に摺動出来るが、上止10に
隆設した突部16に依り通常の操作では上止10
を抜け出る事は無く、亦(2)下端実線(上記第6図
参照)位置で箱体9の上端9aに其の後口端23
を接している場合も停止爪14が箱棒8の側面に
引掛る事が無いので、スライダー11は箱棒8に
対し後口部分の案内溝19の空間内で自由に動く
事が出来るから、其処へ蝶棒4をスライダー11
の肩口18から挿入すれば、スライダー11は簡
単に其の肩口18から蝶棒4の先端部の進入を許
し、同時に停止爪14の無い箱棒側のスライダー
11のフランジ21の内面は箱棒8のストリンガ
ー6のテープ側の側面及びフアスナーエレメント
7の側面に当接する。此の状態で既にスライダー
11の後口23の端面は箱体9の上端に接合して
いるから、更に蝶棒4を深く挿入すると其の先端
が第5図に於ける停止爪14の爪先の肩口寄りの
曲面又は斜面Fのカーブ等に沿つて始めは軽く爪
先に接触して爪先をカバー13に内蔵した圧接バ
ネの押し下げ力に抗して押し上げ、次いで蝶棒4
の本体部分が完全に停止爪14をスライダー11
の案内溝19から上翼内に後退させるので、蝶棒
4を容易に箱体9の底部迄嵌挿する事が出来る。
(ii)而して上止10を合成樹脂材の成形物に依つて
構成した場合には、衣類等への箱棒8側のストリ
ンガー6のミシンに依る直線縫いの縫着加工時
や、破損したスライダー11の交換の際には、ス
ライダー11を上止10の処迄引揚げ上止10の
平坦部Sにスライダー11の肩口18を押し入れ
た後通常の操作時よりも相当程度強い力を加えて
引手12或はスライダー11の本体を持つて引き
上げると、上止10の突部16がスライダー11
の肩口18の面取り斜面22に依つて圧縮されて
弾性変形して合成樹脂材の有する滑り性に助けら
れ案内溝19内を無理無く且相互に損傷を与える
事無しに通過する事に依りスライダー11を上止
10を越えて抜き出しストリンガー6から分離す
る事が出来る。而して其の分離後上記の上止10
は其の突部16を含め合成樹脂材料の持つ弾性に
依り旧に復し始めの形状に復元するので、再びス
ライダーを装着した場合にも上止としての機能に
は何の影響も残さない。従つて前記の様な必要に
応じスライダーの着脱或は交換を上止等の部品を
損傷する事無く且特殊な器具を使用する事無く容
易に実施する事が出来る。尚上止10の突部の変
形例として第4図に示したものは、突部16をス
ライダー11の肩口18の面取り斜面22に合致
させて上下両面に配備する事に依り通常の使用時
に於けるスライダーの抜け落ちを第3図の物に比
較し更に完全に阻止出来る。上記実施例中、本発
明の必須の構成要件は、(1)下端に蝶棒4、此の蝶
棒4に連らなりフアスナーエレメント列3を固着
した蝶棒4側のストリンガー2と、下端に箱棒8
及び箱体9、上端に上止10、其の間にフアスナ
ーエレメント列7を固着した箱棒8側のストリン
ガー6と、上記両ストリンガー2及び6を組合せ
たフアスナーチエーンに跨つて装着する自動停止
装置付のスライダー11とから成る金属製又は合
成樹脂製の開離嵌挿具付スライドフアスナー1に
於て、スライダー11に具備した自動停止装置の
停止爪14を蝶棒4側のストリンガー2のフアス
ナーエレメント3に作用する様に配置し、且箱棒
8側のストリンガー6の上止10の一面又は上下
両面の平坦面Sにスライダー11の肩口18に対
応係止する上止10と一体に***した1乃至数個
の突部16を設けた自動停止装置付スライダーを
具備する開離嵌挿具付スライドフアスナー。(2)下
端に蝶棒4、此の蝶棒4に連らなりフアスナーエ
レメント列3を固着した蝶棒4側のストリンガー
2と、下端に箱棒8及び箱体9、上端に上止1
0、其の間にフアスナーエレメント列7を固着し
た箱棒8側のストリンガー6と、上記両ストリン
ガー2及び6を組合せたフアスナーチエーンに跨
つて装着する自動停止装置付のスライダー11と
から成る金属製又は合成樹脂製の開離嵌挿具付ス
ライドフアスナー1に於て、スライダー11に具
備した自動停止装置の停止爪14を蝶棒4側のス
トリンガー2のフアスナーエレメント列3に作用
する様配置し、且箱棒8側のストリンガー6の上
止10の一面又は上下両面の平坦面Sにスライダ
ー11の肩口18に対応係止する上止10と一体
に***した1乃至数個の突部16を設け、該突部
16を一体に***して設けた上記上止10を例え
ばポリアセタール系、ポリアミド系等の合成樹脂
材料の成形物とした自動停止装置付のスライダー
を具備する開離嵌挿具付のスライドフアスナーを
特徴とする。

イダー11の停止作用を有するから、スライダー
11の自動停止装置の停止爪14を蝶棒4側のフ
アスナーエレメント3に対応する位置に配設して
いても、前記完全分離の際にもスライダー11が
上止10を越えて簡単に抜け出る事は無い。即ち
此の突部16が無い場合に停止爪14を蝶棒4側
のフアスナーエレメント列3に対応する位置に配
設すれば、ストリンガーのミシンに依る縫着加工
の段階でも、亦衣類等の被着物へストリンガーを
縫着した後の使用段階に於ても共に両ストリンガ
ーを完全分離した場合、意外と簡単にスライダー
11は上止10を越えてストリンガー6から抜け
落ちる。(3)上止10は突部16を具備していても
スライダー11をチエーンの最上部迄引上げた場
合スライダー11の案内溝19内へ左右の上止5
及び10の殆ど全体が入り込んで納まるので、双
方のストリンガーのテープの上端の間隔が狭く寄
り合つて整うので、八の字状の体裁の悪い状態に
はならないから、衣類等に装着した場合フアスナ
ー縫着部分の体裁を優美なものとする事が可能で
ある。(4)金属製及び合成樹脂製のスライドフアス
ナーに於て箱棒8側の上止10を前記の合成樹脂
材料とした場合には、スライダー11の肩口18
に依り上止10と夫れと一体の突部16が合成樹
脂材の弾力を利用して圧縮しスライダー11を簡
単にストリンガー6から上止10を越えて抜け出
して分離する事が出来るので、ミシンの直線縫に
よるフアスナーの衣類等への縫付けの際スライダ
ー11が邪魔になる時や、スライダー11が破損
した場合の交換の必要が有る場合等に便利であ
り、尚且其の際各部品に何等の損傷を与える事が
無い等の優れた効果を有する。
