Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はシーズヒーターの異状過熱を防止する
構造を成したシーズヒーターの電気接続用端子ボ
ツクスに関する。シーズヒーターは、それ自体が
単体で発熱する部品である。従つて、部品である
シーズヒーターを安全に使用するために、電源ス
イツチ、温度ヒユーズ、過電流遮断ヒユーズ、サ
ーモスタツトや熱電対等温度制御装置、等を組み
合わせて用いられるのが通例である。特に簡易に
利用される湯沸し装置である投げ込み型のシーズ
ヒーターは、電源スイツチによつてその安全を管
理しているが、充分な管理ができないおそれがあ
るので、本考案は充分な管理、安全が得られるよ
うに改良したシーズヒーター端末ボツクス構造に
ついて提供する。次に本考案を一実施例の図面に
従つて詳細に説明をする。第1図は、本考案一実
施例の構成略図である。シーズヒーター端末ボツ
クス構造は、シーズヒーター4の端末部4aと
4aとの間6に形状記憶スプリング5を摺動可能
に設けて、該スプリング5の内側に摺動可能に駆
動軸5aを設けてある。その軸5aには該スプリ
ング5の圧力を受ける部材5bを設け乍ら同時に
電流を遮断するスイツチ3の接片3aに係接し且
つ該軸5の先端部5cの内側には前記スイツチ3
の接片3を圧つしているスプリング7を有して該
スプリング7は前記した記憶スプリング5が熱に
よつて源記憶へ戻る圧力よりも小さい圧力を有し
てある。該軸5の先端部5cには、引つ掛り構造
を有してあつてノブ装置8の引つ掛り部8aに係
合している。ノブ装置8の先端8cは押し上げス
プリング8bによつて外殻体ボツクス1aの軟質
部1bを押し上げて凸状を一時的に形成する。こ
の凸状を提した時は、シーズヒーター4の異状過
熱で形状記憶スプリング5が源形状に戻つて膨張
して駆動軸5aが→方向に押されて圧力受け部材
5bに係接しているスイツチ3の接片3aが開い
て電流は遮断されて、該軸5の先端部5cの引つ
掛りがノブ装置8の引つ掛り部8aをはずしてノ
ブ装置8の押し上げスプリング8bがハネ上つて
ノブ先端8cは前記凸状を形成し、この状態の該
引つ掛り5cと8aとのはずれは、スイツチ3の
開放を維持している。シーズヒーター4の冷却と
共に形状記憶スプリング5の該膨張圧力が小さく
なつた時、前記凸状であるノブ装置8の先端8c
を‐‐‐→の方向へ下げ押すと前記引つ掛り部5c
と8aとが再び係合しロツクされて同時に駆動軸
5aは‐‐‐→方向へ摺動して圧力受け部5bはス
イツチ3を導通させ且つ導通圧接用スプリング7
が接片3aを圧して正常通電状態へ復帰する。す
なわちノブ装置8の先端8cを‐‐‐→方向へ押し
下げて電流導通は復帰される。2は従前の電源ス
イツチで2bは接続部である。矢印→方向は電流
遮断で、‐‐‐→は電流導通のための動き方向であ
る。第2図は、第1図の一実施例態様を示す断面
図である。シーズヒーター端末ボツクス構造
構成は前記した第1図説明によるが、ボツクス1
の材質は耐熱性合成樹脂でボツクス1aを形成し
て電流遮断を意味した凸状を提させる部分1bの
材質はゴム又はゴム質合成樹脂にして凹凸状の形
成を楽にさせるようにしてある。更にこの凸状部
の材質1bは透明にしてノブ装置8の先端部8c
内に極小のパイロツトランプ8dを内蔵させてそ
の色彩を赤にして凸状の時に点灯するようにして
おけば更に利用しやすくする。9は電源コードで

ば、特に投げ込み型式の湯沸し用シーズヒーター
4にその端末ボツクス構造のものを設けて、シ

られた等の特徴を有している。
