It is normal for the contact portion to develop corrosion over time, and as a result, the contact continuity gradually deteriorates and the lamp no longer lights up.

FIG. 1 shows the general structure of a bicycle lamp, in which 1 is the lamp body, 2 is a reflector, and 3 is a bicycle lamp. 4 is a socket, 4 is a light bulb, and 5 is an elastic contact plate which is always biased to be in pressure contact with the rear contact 4a of the light bulb 4.
Reference numeral 6 indicates a caulking stud for attaching the contact plate 5.

より振動効果を一層向上させることができる。 Various means can be considered for forming the vibrating part, but one example is one in which the vibrating part is formed by a twisted part in which the plane of the mounting part 5b is displaced approximately 90 degrees with respect to the plane of the contact part 5a (see Fig. 2). ), or the plane of the contact part 5a is the longitudinal end of the extended plate of the mounting part 5b, and the contact axis X of the contact part 5a is mounted by means such as mounting at a position where it intersects this surface 5f. A conceivable example is one in which the mounting axes Y of the portion 5b are made substantially perpendicular to each other and the two axes are spaced apart by a certain distance (see FIG. 4). Even more preferably,
The vibration effect is further improved by forming a portion 5e in which the plate width is partially reduced in the vibrating portion 5c interposed between the contact portion 5a and the mounting portion 5b (see Fig. 4). be able to.

In this case, as the surface roughening processing means, it is sufficient to form a large number of roughened surfaces that are substantially in the shape of a file by, for example, making vertical and horizontal mesh-like notches, or applying a large number of embossing processes.

ことができる。 Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, when a bicycle is ridden with relatively large vibrations, including when riding on a general sidewalk or roadway, the contact plate vibrates minutely due to the presence of its vibrating part, and the contact plate vibrates minutely. As a result, the contacts that are in constant contact cause minute displacements due to vibrations relative to the rear contacts of the bulb, and as a result, the sliding is repeated and the contact status between the two is renewed, resulting in semi-permanent good conduction. state can be secured.

ない。 In addition, in this case, if a part is formed in which the plate width is partially reduced for the vibrating part of the contact plate, the vibrating action of the contact plate is further promoted, and the contact part of the contact plate and the light bulb are Needless to say, the sliding contact with the rear contact point is facilitated, making it even more effective.

The multiple protrusions can surely bite into the rear contacts of the light bulb to further ensure continuity.
It has various beneficial effects.
