し保持盤3及び止め板12が一体的に摺動可能と
なるようにしている。また、保持盤3の中央には
大径の円孔13が穿設され、この円孔13の内側
下部には内方へのフランジ部14が形成されてい
る。そして、該円孔13の径と略等しいか或いは
若干小さな外径の回転盤4が上記フランジ部14
によつて支持されるように円孔13内に回転盤4
が嵌装されている。
