[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is based on the ``waketsu-style'' pattern, in which thin lines intersect randomly in the vertical and horizontal directions, forming a continuous pattern in the form of a mesh of various sizes. It refers to a continuous random mesh pattern that is dyed on cloth etc. by ``Waketsu dyeing'' which has been widely known since ancient times, and this pattern is referred to as ``Waketsu style pattern'' in this invention). In this case, the above-mentioned "wax-like pattern" is made partially coarser and denser, and a multiple wax-like pattern is formed in which patterns such as stripes or spots are overlapped on top of the wax-like pattern. It provides a forming mold.

Conventionally, when dyeing Japanese clothing fabric with a "wax-like pattern," a thin layer of wax is formed on the surface of the fabric.
The fabric is vibrated to create many cracks in the wax thin layer in random directions, vertically and horizontally, the fabric is dyed by impregnating the cracks with dye, and then the wax is removed to form a pattern. It is done using the Ketsuzome method. Also, when drawing a wax-like pattern on the surface of drawing paper, etc., apply a thin layer of wax to the surface of the paper to create many cracks, and then soak paint, etc. into the cracks, just as with the fabric described above. The fine pattern is formed on the surface of the paper.

According to the conventional "wax dyeing" described above, it requires an extremely large amount of time and effort, which inevitably leads to high costs, and the pattern structure is limited to simply continuous wax-like patterns. For example, there is a drawback in that it is not possible to change patterns such as multiple striped patterns.

That is, the forming mold of the present invention which achieves the above object consists of a wax-like pattern body in which cotton is thinly stretched and the fibers of the cotton are intertwined to form a mesh shape of various sizes and solidified. The gist of the present invention is to use a fabric as a wind pattern, and to cut out other arbitrarily selected wax pattern bodies, arrange them arbitrarily on the fabric, and stack and press-bond them.

(5) As shown in the third diagram, the wax-like patterns 1B cut into pieces are arranged in parallel at intervals on the wax-like patterns 1A that will serve as the fabric, and an appropriate adhesive is applied. At the same time, the above-mentioned 1B is pressure-bonded onto the above-mentioned 1A, which will be the fabric, by pressing with a press or the like.

The forming mold 2 obtained in the above manner is used in the same manner as a known fabric dyeing pattern to dye a striped multi-wax pattern on any fabric. Alternatively, paint or the like is applied to the forming mold 2, and the pattern is transferred by pressing it against drawing paper.

The above forming mold 2 uses a pattern body 1A having an arbitrary wax-like pattern as a fabric, and shreds or cuts out another pattern body 1B having an arbitrary wax-like pattern on the fabric. For example, the laminated and arranged parts are arbitrarily arranged in stripes, spots, etc. and pressure-bonded and bonded, so that the wax-like patterns are piled up and the wax-like pattern of that part is formed. becomes dense.
Therefore, the forming mold 2 has dense pattern parts 3 and coarse pattern parts 4 interspersed as shown in FIG. 3, and can form multiple striped patterns in which they are arbitrarily arranged.

Therefore, it is not just continuous like the conventional wax-like pattern, but also vertical stripes, horizontal stripes,
Alternatively, patterns such as spots, ridges, and checkerboard patterns can be arbitrarily polymerized to create a variety of new wax-like patterns that can be used as fabrics for Japanese clothing or decorative paintings for interior decoration. These functions can be further improved by applying them.

In addition, the forming mold of the present invention can easily form a solid wax-like pattern depending on the tension of the cotton and the way it is rubbed together, and can also create a variety of wax-like patterns on the fabric. Since it can be easily dyed, the pattern dyeing is extremely simple and quick compared to the conventional "wax dyeing" method, making it possible to provide wax-dyed fabrics that were previously considered expensive at low prices and make them widely available to the general public. It can be popularized.
