持ロープの弛緩時に取付台を略水平状態にブラケ
ツトに支持するためブラケツトに当接するストツ
パを取付台に付設し、さらにタワー支持ロープの
緊張時に取付台をブラケツトに支持するため弛緩
時に対し若干の遊びを持たせてブラケツトに当接
するストツパを取付台に付設したことを特徴とし
ている。
