の奥行き幅寸法を少なくすると間柱1の強度がそ
の分弱くなり、間柱1を補強しなければならな
い。従来、第2図に示すようにアングルピース4
を空間内で剛壁3に鋲止めし、チヤンネル状の補
強部材5をアングルピース4に載置し間柱の背面
に沿わせることが提案されている。しかしながら
従来のこの方法では長尺な補強部材が必要とな
り、また、溶接しなければならない欠点があつ
た。またアングルピース4の補強部材5とを溶接
するには問題がないが、0.5mm程度の薄い板厚の
間柱1を補強部材5に溶接することは本来許され
ないことであつた。他方、50mm程度以上の奥行き
幅があり開口部を有するチヤンネル状間柱の場合
には間柱の幅の中に振れ止め横胴縁を通すことに
より補強できるが片面ボード貼りの仕上げ壁にお
いては部屋が狭くなるため25mm程度の奥行き幅の
間柱が要求され、その奥行き幅内に横胴縁を通す
ことは不可能であつた。

を最大とする仕上げ壁を簡便な工法で提供でき
