[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a sheet pallet for collecting and packaging relatively small-sized articles to be packaged so that they can be handled as a single package of cargo.

Conventionally, sheet pallets or wooden pallets are used for collective packaging. As shown in FIG. 2, sheet pallets are often used because they are simple and consist of a flat plate 101 on which a plurality of articles to be packaged can be placed at once, and a structure 102 for handling by a cargo handling mechanism. This type of sheet pallet is made of corrugated paper, fiberboard, or plastic sheet.

In collective packaging using sheet pallets as described above, as shown in FIG. 2, there is a method in which individual articles to be packaged are simply stacked on a sheet pallet without using a P/P band to bind the whole.

However, in collective packaging using sheet pallets as described above, the sheet pallet, the packaged articles, and the packaged articles are not restrained and are almost stacked in bulk, so the load is likely to collapse during cargo handling or handling, and even if the packaged articles are relatively Even if the cargo was small and lightweight, it had to be handled carefully to prevent it from collapsing.

Therefore, in general, the sheet pallet and the goods to be packaged are further restrained using a binding member such as a band, but since the position of the binding member is not reliably regulated by the sheet pallet itself, the binding member However, there still remained the problem that the packaged articles were likely to be misaligned.

This idea was made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems. The sheet pallet itself prevents the bundling member from shifting, thereby preventing the packaged articles from shifting and keeping the packaged articles in a stable state. The object of the present invention is to obtain a sheet pallet for collective packaging that can be easily bound and handled.

The sheet pallet according to this invention has gripping ears extending from the front edge of the sheet portion on which the articles to be packaged are placed, and a tab for binding the articles to be packaged on the sheet portion and the sheet portion at the left and right edges of the sheet portion. With this device, the articles to be packaged placed on the sheet part can be easily bound together with the sheet part and the binding member by using the guide recessed part, and the lower side of the articles to be packaged can be protected by the fixing piece on the sheet part. However, since the shift can be prevented, the overall stability is high, the load is less likely to collapse, and handling is easy.

The sheet pallet shown in FIG. 1 as an application example of the present invention has a base body composed of a sheet part 1 on which a plurality of articles to be packaged can be piled up and a gripping ear part 2 connected to the sheet part 1. It is. The material of the base is determined according to the weight of the packaged article, and usually a ready-made material such as corrugated paper or fiberboard is used. The sheet portion 1, which is the main part of the base, is formed into a rectangular flat plate larger than the overall planar area of the stacked articles P to be packaged.
A plurality of (two in the illustrated example) guide recesses 3 are formed in the seat portion 1 at positions facing each other on the left and right edges thereof. Guide recess 3
is formed by cutting and raising the cut and raising pieces 6 to be described later, and defines the binding position of the binding band 4 that binds the packaged articles P together with the sheet portion 1, and prevents the binding band 4 from shifting after binding. The cutting depth of the guide recess 3 is set so that the binding band 4 comes into contact with the side surface of the packaged article P when the packaged article P is placed on the sheet part 1 without shifting. A guide line 5, which is a straight line connecting the inner ends of the left and right guide recesses 3, is attached to the upper surface of the sheet part 1, and the position where the article to be packaged P is placed on the sheet part 1 is clearly indicated. On each guide line 5, two sets of fixing pieces 6 are formed, each consisting of a pair of right and left pieces standing substantially perpendicular to the upper surface of the seat portion 1.
Note that the fixing piece 6 may be formed separately from the formation of the guide recess 3. The ear part 2, which is another main part of the base body, is configured as a main part for handling collective packaged cargo, and one side edge of the sheet part 1 is slightly extended as it is, and is bent at the boundary with the sheet part 1. It is distinguished from the sheet part 1, has no direct relation to the packaged article P, and is configured as a gripping part during cargo handling by a push-pull type cargo handling machine or the like.

As shown in FIG. 1, the sheet pallet having the above-mentioned structure is configured such that the article to be packaged P is placed on the portion defined by the front and rear edges of the upper surface of the sheet portion 1 and the left and right guide lines 5, and the top is placed on top of the article to be packaged P. Place the protection member 7 on it, and use the guide recess 3 to attach the cable tie 4.
It is possible to tie the whole thing together by multiplying it. The packaging condition shown in Figure 1 is as follows:
Since the position of the binding band 4 is defined by the guide recess 3 and does not shift, stability is high, and the holding action of the packaged article P by the fixing piece 6 is also added, and the stability of the load is good. Further, the lower part of the binding band 4 that touches the article P becomes a fixing piece 6, which protects the lower part of the article P from being damaged by the binding band 4.

As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, the sheet pallet for collective packaging of the present invention has fixing pieces that hold the sides of the packaged articles on the sheet portion on which the packaged articles are placed, and a binding member that defines the position. Since the sheet part has a guide recessed part and a gripping tab extending from the front edge of the sheet part, there is little misalignment of the binding member that holds the sheet pallet and the article to be packaged together, and the sheet part Coupled with the maintenance effect provided by the fixing pieces provided in the container, it is possible to maintain a stable collective packaging state with little displacement of the articles to be packaged, and the cargo handling work can be made more efficient.
