Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 端部がヘツドカバーで閉塞された筒状本体
内に、吸込口及び吐出口を備えかつ一方向制御弁
が接合されたポンプヘツドを配置し、このポンプ
ヘツドに伸縮自在なベローズ体を接合して前記吸
込口及び吐出口に一方向制御弁を介して連通する
ポンプ室を形成するとともに、前記筒状本体のヘ
ツドカバーとベローズ体との間に形成された外側
室を気体圧導入の作動室として、この作動室に気
体圧を付与し往復動させることによりポンプ給送
動作を行なわせるベローズポンプにおいて、前記
ベローズ体と、前記ポンプヘツドの少なくともベ
ローズ体が接合される接合部及び接液部に相当す
る部分とを、パーフルオロアルコキシ樹脂からな
る合成樹脂素材で形成し、前記ポンプヘツドとベ
ローズ体との接合部を溶接可能にしたことを特徴
とするベローズポンプ。 (2) 金属素材の中実構造からなるポンプヘツド
の少なくともベローズ体が接合される接合部及び
接液部に相当する表面部を、パーフルオロアルコ
キシ樹脂からなる合成樹脂素材でライニングした
実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のベローズ
ポンプ。 (3) 接液部分に配設される一方向制御弁等の組
立構成部材を、パーフルオロアルコキシ樹脂から
なる合成樹脂素材で形成した実用新案登録請求の
