載した軌道地盤改良車であつて、 上記縦地中壁構築機は、台車上に回動自在に設
けたターンテーブルと、該ターンテーブル上に立
設され、ターンテーブルの回転中心から偏心方向
に延びて上端を台車の側縁から突出可能な支持本
体と、該支持本体の上端に取付けられ、垂直状態
と水平状態とに変換可能なガイドセルと、該ガイ
ドセルに取付けられ、回転駆動および昇降されて
軌道両側の地盤に柱状孔を掘削しつつ内部土砂を
撹拌する掘削撹拌ロツドと、上記柱状孔の内部土
砂中に土壌硬化剤を注入する土壌硬化剤注入手段
とを備え、 上記地盤硬化機は、軌道の枕木間の隙間から軌
道下面の地盤に圧入される注液パイプと、この注
液パイプを介し地盤に土壌硬化剤を注入する土壌
硬化剤注入手段とを備えていることを特徴とする
軌道地盤改良車。 2 軌道上を走行可能な台車に、軌道の両側の地
盤中に縦方向の地中壁を形成する縦地中壁構築機
と、軌道下面の地盤中に横方向の地中壁を形成す
る横地中壁構築機とを搭載した軌道地盤改良車で
あつて、 上記縦地中壁構築機は、台車上に回動自在に設
けたターンテーブルと、該ターンテーブル上に立
設され、ターンテーブルの回転中心から偏心方向
に延びて上端を台車の側縁から突出可能な支持本
体と、該支持本体の上端に取付けられ、垂直状態
と水平状態とに変換可能なガイドセルと、該ガイ
ドセルに取付けられ、回転駆動および昇降されて
軌道両側の地盤に柱状孔を掘削しつつ内部土砂を
撹拌する掘削撹拌ロツドと、上記柱状孔の内部土
砂中に土壌硬化剤を注入する土壌硬化剤注入手段
とを備え、 上記横地中壁構築機は、台車上に軌道と直交す
る方向に固定したスライドレールと、該スライド
レール上を移動可能なスライダと、スライダ上に
枢着した基端を支点として揺動可能であつて、先
部を台車の側縁から突出可能な揺動アームと、こ
の揺動アームの先部に回転可能に支持され、上記
揺動アームの揺動と自身の回転駆動に伴い軌道下
面の地盤を掘削しつつ撹拌する掘削撹拌ロツド
と、撹拌された土砂中に土壌硬化剤を注入する土
壌硬化剤注入手段とを備えていることを特徴とす
る軌道地盤改良車。 3 軌道上を走行可能な台車に、軌道の両側の地
盤中に縦方向の地中壁を形成する縦地中壁構築機
と、軌道下面の地盤を硬化する地盤硬化機と、軌
道下面の地盤中に横方向の地中壁を形成する横地
中壁構築機とを搭載し、上記地盤硬化機と横地中
壁構築機とを択一して用いるようにした軌道地盤
改良車であつて、 上記縦地中壁構築機は、台車上に回動自在に設
けたターンテーブルと、該ターンテーブル上に立
設され、ターンテーブルの回転中心から偏心方向
に延びて上端を台車の側縁から突出可能な支持本
体と、該支持本体の上端に取付けられ、垂直状態
と水平状態とに変換可能なガイドセルと、該ガイ
ドセルに取付けられ、回転駆動および昇降されて
軌道両側の地盤に柱状孔を掘削しつつ内部土砂を
撹拌する掘削撹拌ロツドと、上記柱状孔の内部土
砂中に土壌硬化剤を注入する土壌硬化剤注入手段
とを備え、 上記地盤硬化機は、軌道の枕木間の隙間から軌
道下面の地盤に圧入される注液パイプと、この注
液パイプを介し地盤に土壌硬化剤を注入する土壌
硬化剤注入手段とを備え、 上記横地中壁構築機は、台車上に軌道と直交す
る方向に固定したスライドレールと、スライドレ
ール上を移動可能なスライダと、該スライダ上に
枢着した基端を支点として揺動可能であつて、先
部を台車の側縁から突出可能な揺動アームと、こ
の揺動アームの先部に回転可能に支持され、上記
揺動アームの揺動と自身の回転駆動に伴い軌道下
面の地盤を掘削しつつ撹拌する掘削撹拌ロツド
と、撹拌された土砂中に土壌硬化剤を注入する土
壌硬化剤注入手段とを備えていることを特徴とす
る軌道地盤改良車。
