に係止せしめると共に、上記トーシヨンバーの固
定端を固定側係止部に係止し、上記クランク部に
連結されるリンクを介してヒンジアームに開閉体
の開放方向への付勢力を加える車両用開閉体開放
装置において、 上記トーシヨンバーのクランク部の固定端側に
延びる軸部が係止する第1の係止部に該軸部の水
平方向の移動を阻止するフツクを設けると共に、
第2の係止部にはトーシヨンバーの軸部の水平方
向の移動を許容する係止溝を設けて成ることを特
徴とする車両用開閉体開放装置。
