込まれて歯車のロツクや異常摩耗を引き起こし易
いという問題があつて、これがためにこの種の洗
濯機は未だ実用化されるに至らないというのが実
情であつた。

歯車25に直接噛合してこれと共に歯車機構27
を構成する内歯車で、これはそのボス部26aと
歯部26bとを連結部たる端板部26cにより一
体に連接して成ると共に、枢軸28がボス部26
aにインサート成形により一体に取着されてい
る。斯かる内歯車26は、その枢軸28の上端部
及び下端部が夫々蓋側及び底側の両ケース18,
19の受筒部20及び受凹部21に軸受29及び
30を介して回転可能に支持されている。31は
密閉ケース17内に封入した潤滑油、32は蓋側
及び底側の両ケース18,19間をシールするパ
ツキン、33は密閉ケース17を固定するねじで
ある。34は蓋側ケース18の上面部に枢軸28
との間をシールすべく設けたシール部材、35は
密閉ケース17から上方に突出する枢軸28にね
じ止めしたパルセータである。そして、36は前
記内歯車26に形成した複数の補強用のリブで、

て、所定時間が経過して上述の洗剤洗い行程が終
了すると排水・脱水行程に移り、クラツチ機構が
切換つて脱水軸8が回転し、これにより回転槽3
が高速で回転駆動されて内部の水を排水間隙5を
介して、水受槽2内に排水し、且つ洗濯物を脱水
する。そして、この後再び回転槽3に水を貯留し
てパルセータ35を駆動するすすぎ洗い行程及び
排水・脱水行程を順に繰返して全行程が終了す
る。

ことができるから、密閉ケース17内に封入する
潤滑油は両歯車25,26を完全に浸さずリブ3
6の下端部のみを浸す程度の量であつても、両歯
車25,26の歯面全体にまんべんなく付着させ
て確実な潤滑を図ることができる。また、特に本
実施例の如くリブ36を撹拌突部として利用する
ようにすれば、リブ36により内歯車26の補強
と潤滑油31の供給とを同時に図り得て好都合で
ある。
