Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明はボイラ炉壁の支持装置にかかり、特
に炉壁管と支持金具との取付部に損傷の生ずるこ
とのないボイラ炉壁支持金具に関する。

火炉周囲に水管を複数段配置して炉壁を構成す
るボイラにおいてはその自重および火炉内のガス
圧力による荷重等に対する補強として、何等かの
方法で炉壁を支持しなければならない場合が多
い。第1図は従来から用いられている貫流ボイラ
等における炉壁支持方法を示し、火炉1の周囲に
は炉壁管2がゆるやかに傾斜上昇して炉壁を構成
しており、この炉壁を支持するため炉壁外側に支
持金具3を取り付け、吊りボルト4を介して、鉄
骨5により支持している。第2図はこの支持金具
による支持の詳細を示し、帯板6により相互に接
続され炉壁を構成する炉壁管2に対して支持金具
3があてがわれ、この支持金具3と炉壁管2の接
触面が溶接7により固着される。しかしこの方法
においては支持金具3と炉壁管2の接触が部分的
であるため支持強度が不十分となる虞れがある。
また同様の理由により、炉壁管2から支持金具3
に対する伝熱が不十分となり、このため炉壁管2
と支持金具3の間に大きな温度差が生じ、溶接部
7に熱応力が集中することになる。従つて前記し
た支持強度の不足に加えて、この熱応力の集中に
より、従来方法による支持には強度上大きな問題
があつた。

の側板3a,3aに対して溶接固着する。中央板
8は炉壁支持用の吊りボルト(図示せず)の接続
部として機能する。

の場合と同様、二枚の側板3bの間に中央板8を
溶接固定する。この実施例の場合には側板に全く
成形加工を施す必要がない。
