明する要部半断面図、第3図は第1図の緩衝器の
圧縮工程時のオイルロツク構造の作用を説明する
要部半断面図である。
尚、図中1はアウターチユーブ、2はインナー
チユーブ、10はシリンダ、15は中空ロツド、
9はボトムキヤツプ、13はオイルロツクピース
、16はオイルシールケース、30は油溜り部、
31はバルブ室、32は油路、33はスチールボ
ール、28,35,36は油孔、S2は下部油溜
り部、S3は油溜部である。

成した油圧緩衝器において、前記オイルロツクピ
ース内周部に前記中空ロツド内の油路を開閉する
チエツクバルブを設け、ボトムキヤツプとオイル
ロツクピースとの間に前記オイルシールケースを
クリアランスを保つて嵌め込んだ際に画成される
上部油溜り部と下部油溜り部とを前記中空ロツド
の油路を介して連通するように、前記オイルシー
ルケース、中空ロツド及びオイルロツクピースに
油孔を穿設したことを特徴とする油圧緩衝器にお
