Conventionally, this type of device circulates fluorocarbon gas or other refrigerant sent from a compressor through a refrigerant circuit from an indoor coil to an outdoor coil to cause the indoor coil to perform a heating action, or vice versa. Types in which the coil performs the cooling action are known. Therefore, in order to promote the vaporization of the refrigerant during the heating action, it is conceivable to install a hot water heat exchanger or other heater in the refrigerant circuit, and to install a fan in the outdoor coil to blow air to the refrigerant. If the heating temperature could be arbitrarily adjusted, it would be even more convenient to use.

FIG. 1 shows an example of this, in which when the compressor 1 sends refrigerant to the refrigerant circuit 4 in the direction of the arrow, the indoor coil 2 performs a heating action, and when the compressor 1 sends the refrigerant in the opposite direction to the arrow, The indoor coil 2 performs a cooling action. Further, the heater 6 provided in the refrigerant circuit 4 is constituted by a hot water heater 6a of a type in which hot water from a hot water generator 10 using gas or other heat source is circulated around the circuit 4 as shown in the figure, for example. The vaporization of the refrigerant flowing through the circuit 4 is promoted. The fan 5 that blows air to the outdoor coil 3 provides heat from the outside air to the outdoor coil 3 to further promote vaporization of the refrigerant therein, and the electric motor that drives the fan 5 is indicated by reference numeral 11.

The heating capacity of this refrigerant circuit 4 is such that when the outside temperature is, for example, about 5°C or higher, it is better to operate the fan 5 and heater 6 than to operate only the fan 5, as shown in curve A in Fig. 2. In this invention, the electric power that operates the fan 5 and the heater 6 is used to arbitrarily select between the strong heating shown by the curve A and the weak heating shown by the curve B. A changeover switch 8 is provided in the circuit 7. To explain this in detail, the electric circuit 7 is, for example, as shown in FIG. , the changeover switch 8 is provided in the circuit 7c from the power supply 12 so that the circuit 7c can be arbitrarily connected to the circuit 7a or the circuit 7b. It is now possible to choose between low-level heating by heating only.

When the outside air temperature drops to 5°C or less during operation with strong heating, the heating capacity begins to decrease rapidly, and eventually falls below the heating capacity shown by curve C when only the heater 6 is operated. In this case, it is preferable to stop the fan 5 from the viewpoint of improving the heating capacity.
Therefore, temperature sensors 13 are installed before and after the outdoor coil 3.
14 is provided to measure the temperature of the air blown by the fan 5 to the outdoor coil 3, and when the temperature of the air blown is high in front of the outdoor coil 3 and low in the rear, the fan 5 is driven, A temperature sensor 13 is provided only in front of the outdoor coil 3, and when the outdoor temperature becomes approximately equal to or higher at the rear, or when the outdoor temperature drops to, for example, 5°C or less, the fan 5 is stopped and the fan 5 is stopped. Heat loss is prevented from occurring due to heat radiation from the outdoor coil 3. The control of the fan 5 is performed by comparing the detected values of the temperature sensors 13 and 14 in a comparator 15 connected to the strong heating circuit 7b of the heater 6, and compares the detected values of the sensor 13 in front of the outdoor coil 3. is larger than that of the rear sensor 14, there is no output from the comparator 15,
Otherwise, this is done by outputting an output to open the switch 16 of the circuit of the motor 11. If the temperature of the hot water circuit 6b of the hot water heater 6a is low or there is a shortage of water, it will be disadvantageous for the heater 6a and the refrigerant circuit 4, but the pressure to detect the shortage of water in the hot water circuit 6b will be A sensor 9a, a flow switch, and a detector 9 of a thermostat 9b are provided so that when these abnormalities are detected, the changeover switch 8 is automatically activated to connect the circuit 7c to the weak heating circuit 7a. Therefore, if an abnormality occurs in the hot water heater 6 and this interferes with the heating operation, especially when the outside air temperature is low and the fan 5 is stopped and the strong heating circuit 7b is being operated. The changeover switch 8 automatically switches to the weak heating circuit 7a side, drives the fan 5, and switches to heating operation using the outdoor coil 3. For example, even when the outside temperature is 0°C, the temperature reaches 1600°C as shown in Fig. 2.
It is possible to provide the minimum amount of heating required.

The device of the present invention can be arbitrarily selected between strong heating by operating the fan 5 of the outdoor coil 3 and heater 6 of the refrigerant circuit 4 and weak heating by operating only the fan 5 by operating the changeover switch 8. In this case, the heating capacity is improved and the heating temperature can be adjusted relatively easily, which is convenient for use. In particular, when the strong heating circuit 7b is selected with the changeover switch 8, the fan is turned off when the outside air temperature falls below a certain level. A switch 16 for stopping the rotation of the hot water heater 6 is interposed in the electric circuit 7, and an abnormality detector 9 for detecting an abnormality in the hot water heater 6 is provided.
is provided, and the changeover switch 8 is switched to the weak heating circuit 7a side in conjunction with the detection of an abnormality by the abnormality detector 9, thereby avoiding wasteful release of heat from the outdoor coil 3 especially when the outside air temperature decreases. Bokufun 5
If an abnormality occurs in the hot water heater 6 and this interferes with the heating operation when the hot water heater 6 is operating with the strong heating circuit 7b while the heating system is stopped, the heating circuit 7a is automatically switched to the weak heating circuit 7a. Then, the fan 5 is driven and the heating operation is switched to the outdoor coil 3, so that the necessary minimum heating can be maintained.
