おいて、前記ビームの入射部及び１０本目の出射
ビームの出射部を除いて前記一対の側面にそれぞ
れ全反射膜又は半透過膜のうちいずれか一方を設
け、半透過膜はそれぞれ分光透過特性の異なる５
個の領域に分割して設けたことを特徴とするビー
