Abstract

PURPOSE:To sufficiently obtain an insulating distance even when it is used as a transformer by mounting a coil bobbin formed with a cylindrical winding body on the upper surface of a terminal board having a terminal in the recess of a winding shaft by engaging the end of the body with it, and winding the coil on the body of the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The body 15 of a coil bobbin 11 is engaged with the square recess 17 of a winding shaft 16 formed at the end with the recess 17 for engaging the end of the body 15 of the bobbin 11 to be mounted, and the shaft 16 is rotated to wind a coil 18 with the end of the shaft 16 as a starting end. The leads of the starting and finishing ends of the coil 18 are bound through the lead guide grooves 13 of a terminal board 13 on a terminal 12, connected by soldering as coil components. An EI or EE type core 19 is associated with the bobbin 11 on which the coil 18 is wound to construct a transformer. Thus, the insulating distance between the core 19 and the coil 18 is sufficiently obtained since they are disposed in sufficient depth of the recess 17 of the shaft 16 from the end of the body 15.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In this method, the dimensions a and b of the step 4 of the winding trunk 5 of the coil bobbin 6 are
As shown in the figure, when assembled into a transformer, it is used as an insulating distance between the winding 9 and the magnetic core 10, and the height of the transformer itself increases by several n, and the structure of the mold for forming the coil bobbin 6 changes. It is complicated and expensive to make molds,
There was a problem that the amount of molding resin for the coil bobby/6 was large, which was disadvantageous in terms of cost.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional coil bobbin. It has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture as a coil bobbin, and is inexpensive. It also suppresses the height of the coil component and provides sufficient insulation distance when used as a transformer. The purpose is to provide a method for manufacturing coil components that can be manufactured in a reliable manner.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a coil bobbin in which a cylindrical winding body is provided on the upper surface of a terminal plate having a terminal, and the tip of the winding body is placed in a recess of a winding shaft. The winding wire is wound around the winding body of the coil bobbin.

Operation By using the method described above, the winding position of the winding wire is determined by the dimension of the winding body of the coil bobbin that fits into the winding shaft, and a predetermined distance from the tip of the winding body can be maintained for use in a transformer. In this case, a sufficient insulation distance between the magnetic core and the winding can be ensured, and a coil bobbin with a simple shape can be used, so that the height can be suppressed and the product can be made small and inexpensive.

In FIG. 1, 11 is a coil bobbin constructed by molding synthetic resin, and this coil bobbin 11 has a terminal 12.
The terminal board 14 has a lead wire groove 13 on its side surface, and a rectangular tube-shaped winding body 15 on the upper surface of the terminal board 14.

Reference numeral 16 denotes a winding shaft having an angular recess 17 in which the end of the winding trunk 15 of the coil bobbin 11 is fitted.
The winding trunk 16 of the coil bobbin 11 is fitted into the recess 17 of the coil bobbin 11, and by rotating the winding shaft 16, the winding 18 is wound starting from the end surface of the winding shaft 16. The lead wires at the beginning and end of winding No. 18 are passed through the lead wire guide groove 13 of the terminal plate 13, wound around the terminal 12, and connected by soldering or the like to complete the coil component.

In addition, in FIGS. 2 and 3, by providing a tapered portion 1 at the open end of the recess 17 of the winding shaft 16, the ends of the winding 18 are stacked in a pyramid shape. This makes it possible to prevent the ends of the winding 18 from collapsing.

That is, EI is applied to the coil bobbin 11 around which the winding 18 is wound.
A transformer is created by incorporating a type or EF type magnetic core 19, but the insulation distance between the magnetic core 19 and the winding 18 is located below the tip of the winding trunk 16 by the depth of the recess 17 of the winding shaft 16. Therefore, it is possible to secure sufficient amount.

Therefore, the height of the coil bobbin 11 can be reduced due to the lack of a flange, and the shape of the coil bobbin 711 can be extremely simple, which is extremely advantageous in terms of cost since it can be easily molded.

Effects of the Invention As described above, in the present invention, the tip of the winding body of a coil bobbin, which has a terminal plate only at one end, is fitted into a winding shaft having a recess to wind a wire. The winding position is determined by the dimensions of the winding drum, and when used in a transformer etc., it is possible to reliably maintain the insulation distance between the magnetic core and the winding, and the shape of the coil bobbin is simple and easy to manufacture. It has great industrial value, as it simplifies the molding die and reduces the amount of molding resin, which is advantageous in terms of cost, and allows for the production and provision of inexpensive coil parts with high precision.
