【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、バルコニーの取付構造に係るもので

一般にバルコニーは地面に支柱を立設し、この
支柱によつてバルコニー本体を支持しているが、
従来、庭の池や水道配管等があるため、支柱を地
面に立設できない場合には、建物にブラケツトを
取り付け、このブラケツトの上にバルコニー本体
を組立てるようにしているが、この場合、ブラケ
ツトは建物の外壁が仕上がつた後に取付けること
となるため、バルコニーに加わる荷重がブラケツ
トを介して外壁に作用し、往々にしてモルタルや
石綿板等で仕上げられた外壁にひび割れが発生
し、このひび割れから雨水等が侵入して建物を腐
飾させる等の悪影響を与える惧れがあつた。ブラ
ケツトを建物に先付けにすると、ことに木造建物
の場合に、上記の弊害が大きい。また、ブラケツ
トを胴差等の建物に取付けるには、ブラケツトを
支持しながらボルト孔を合わせたうえ、ボルトを
通して締結しなければならないので、作業性が悪

ルトが予め外向きに植設してあることにより、支
柱を地面に立設することなく、バルコニー本体を
確実に支承することができるうえ、バルコニー本
体の荷重が加わつても、モルタルや石綿板で仕上
げられた外壁に無理な圧縮力等が作用してひびわ
れが発生するのを確実に防止することができ、し
かも、バルコニーを円滑かつ確実に取付けること
ができるバルコニーの取付構造を提供しようとす

存して複数本の手摺子6が上下方向に架設されて
いる。また、サイドフレーム3と平行方向に設け

部の側方に形成した固定用フランジに穿設したボ
ルト孔15を上記固定用ボルト14に挿通してナ
ツト16で緊締することにより、ブラケツト9は
ブラケツト取付板10に固定されている。また外
壁aが厚い場合には、薄板状に形成したブラケツ
ト取付板10の四方を外壁aの厚みと同一かわず
かに厚い寸法に折曲して函状に形成し、その内側
に補強部材を設けたものを使用することによりブ
ラケツト取付板10の重量を軽くすることができ
る。第3図に示す17はブラケツト9とブラケツ
ト取付板10との間に介装された化粧板であつ
て、該化粧板17はブラケツト取付板10の外形
よりわずかに大きく形成されており、ブラケツト
9を取付けた後、ブラケツト取付板10と外壁a
との接続部が表面側に露出して外観を損うのを防

ラケツト9を取付けることができて、バルコニー
本体1に加わる荷重により外壁aにひび割れが発
生することはない。またブラケツト取付板10は
外壁aの厚みと同一若しくはわずかに厚く形成さ
れているので、表面がモルタル等により覆われる
ことがないうえ、表面に固定用ボルト14が予め
外向きに植設されているのでブラケツト9のボル
ト孔15を固定用ボルトに挿通しナツト16を緊
締するのみで円滑かつ確実にブラケツト9を取付
けることができる。そしてブラケツト取付板10
の表面はモルタル等により覆われていなくても、
ブラケツト9とブラケツト取付板10間に介装し
た化粧板17によつて覆はれるので、何等外観を

壁にひびわれが発生するのを確実に防止すること
ができる。しかもブラケツトの固定用ボルトがブ
ラケツト取付板に植設されているので、ブラケツ
ト取付板が予め胴差し等の枠組材に固定されてい
ても、ブラケツトの荷重をブラケツト取付板に植
設されている固定ボルトにあずけてナツトを締め
付けることにより、ブラケツトを取付けることが
できるので、作業性がよい。また、位置決めが容
易になるから、従来のように孔合わせに手間をと
らず、ブラケツトを円滑かつ確実に固定すること
ができる等極めて有用な実用的効果を奏するもの
