【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、バルコニーの取付構造に係るもので

一般にバルコニーは地面に支柱を立設し、この
支柱によつてバルコニー本体を支持しているが、
従来、庭の池や水道配管等があるため、支柱を地
面に立設できない場合には、建物にブラケツトを
取り付け、このブラケツトの上にバルコニー本体
を組立てるようにしているが、この場合、ブラケ
ツトは建物の外壁が仕上がつた後に取付けること
となるため、バルコニーに加わる荷重がブラケツ
トを介して外壁に作用し、往々にしてモルタルや
石綿板等で仕上げられた外壁にひび割れが発生
し、このひび割れから雨水等が侵入して建物を腐
飾させる等の悪影響を与える惧れがあつた。ブラ
ケツトを建物に先付けにすると、ことに木造建物
の場合に、上記の弊害が大きい。また、ブラケツ
トを胴差等の建物に取付けるには、ブラケツトを
支持しながらボルト孔を合わせたうえ、ボルトを
通して締結しなければならないので、作業性が悪

ルトが予め外向きに植設してあることにより、支
柱を地面に立設することなく、バルコニー本体を
確実に支承することができるうえ、バルコニー本
体の荷重が加わつても、モルタルや石綿板で仕上
げられた外壁に無理な圧縮力等が作用してひびわ
れが発生するのを確実に防止することができ、し
かも、バルコニーを円滑かつ確実に取付けること
ができるバルコニーの取付構造を提供しようとす

本考案の構成を図面に示された実施例について

固定されており、上記コーナー支柱４の上端部に
はフロントフレーム２とサイドフレーム３とに平
行して笠木５，５ａが固定されており、該笠木
５，５ａと上記両フレーム２，３間には適間隔を
存して複数本の手摺子６が上下方向に架設されて
いる。また、サイドフレーム３と平行方向に設け

取付板１０の表面側にはブラケツト９の固定用ボ
ルト１４が植設されており、ブラケツト９の基端
部の側方に形成した固定用フランジに穿設したボ
ルト孔１５を上記固定用ボルト１４に挿通してナ
ツト１６で緊締することにより、ブラケツト９は
ブラケツト取付板１０に固定されている。また外
壁ａが厚い場合には、薄板状に形成したブラケツ
ト取付板１０の四方を外壁ａの厚みと同一かわず
かに厚い寸法に折曲して函状に形成し、その内側
に補強部材を設けたものを使用することによりブ
ラケツト取付板１０の重量を軽くすることができ
る。第３図に示す１７はブラケツト９とブラケツ
ト取付板１０との間に介装された化粧板であつ
て、該化粧板１７はブラケツト取付板１０の外形
よりわずかに大きく形成されており、ブラケツト
９を取付けた後、ブラケツト取付板１０と外壁ａ
との接続部が表面側に露出して外観を損うのを防

を組立てることができる。そしてブラケツト取付
板１０は予め建物の側根太１３に取付けてあるの
で、外壁ａの仕上がつた後でも外壁ａに何等支障
を及ぼすことなく、固定用ボルト１４を介してブ
ラケツト９を取付けることができて、バルコニー
本体１に加わる荷重により外壁ａにひび割れが発
生することはない。またブラケツト取付板１０は
外壁ａの厚みと同一若しくはわずかに厚く形成さ
れているので、表面がモルタル等により覆われる
ことがないうえ、表面に固定用ボルト１４が予め
外向きに植設されているのでブラケツト９のボル
ト孔１５を固定用ボルトに挿通しナツト１６を緊
締するのみで円滑かつ確実にブラケツト９を取付
けることができる。そしてブラケツト取付板１０
の表面はモルタル等により覆われていなくても、
ブラケツト９とブラケツト取付板１０間に介装し
た化粧板１７によつて覆はれるので、何等外観を

ができて、バルコニー本体に加わる荷重により外
壁にひびわれが発生するのを確実に防止すること
ができる。しかもブラケツトの固定用ボルトがブ
ラケツト取付板に植設されているので、ブラケツ
ト取付板が予め胴差し等の枠組材に固定されてい
ても、ブラケツトの荷重をブラケツト取付板に植
設されている固定ボルトにあずけてナツトを締め
付けることにより、ブラケツトを取付けることが
できるので、作業性がよい。また、位置決めが容
易になるから、従来のように孔合わせに手間をと
らず、ブラケツトを円滑かつ確実に固定すること
ができる等極めて有用な実用的効果を奏するもの
