【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)相互に対向して同一方向に回転駆動される一対の
無端搬送具と、該一対の無端搬送具間に所定角度で回動
可能に支持され、略コ字状に形成されて開口部を有して
いる複数の基板材保持具と、前記一対の無端搬送具にて
搬送されてくる基板材保持具を前記開口部を上方に位置
させるべく順次回動する第1の回動手段と、該第1の回
動手段にて回動された基板材保持具に前記開口部を介し
てフレキシブルプリント基板材を落し込む基板材供給部
と、前記フレキシブルプリント基板材を水平に保持して
搬送すべく前記基板材保持具を回動する第2の回動手段
と、該フレキシブルプリント基板材の上下面に処理液を
噴射する処理液噴射手段と、該処理液の噴射されたフレ
キシブルプリント基板材を前記開口部を下方に位置させ
て落下させるべく前記基板材保持具を回動する第3の回
動手段と、該落下してくるフレキシブルプリント基板材
を受ける基板材受け部とを備えることを特徴とするフレ
キシブルプリント基板の処理液吹付装置。
