[Detailed description of the invention] This invention consists of a draining iron plate that is installed from the exterior material that forms the outer wall of a house to the roof, a draining member that covers the upper end of the draining iron plate, and a combination of the draining member and the above-mentioned exterior material. The present invention relates to a drainage structure including a caulking material filled between the spaces to prevent water leakage, and particularly relates to an improvement in a drainage member.

In general, a draining iron plate is provided at a connecting portion between an exterior material forming an outer wall of a house or the like and a roof, extending from the exterior material to the roof. In this case, conventionally, a recess is formed on the outer surface of the exterior material, the upper end of the draining iron plate is bent along this recess, and the draining iron plate is attached to the exterior material with this bent part fitted into the recess. When installed, the drain iron plate is watertightly attached to the exterior material using caulking material or the like, thereby preventing water from leaking between the exterior material and the drain iron plate.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional structure, it was necessary to form a recess on the outer surface of the exterior material, which was cumbersome to manufacture. Since I was trying to put it on, the installation work was also troublesome. Additionally, if the caulking material develops cracks after long-term use, there is a risk that water may infiltrate through the cracks in the caulking material and leak between the exterior material and the draining iron plate. .

Therefore, a draining member 1 as shown in FIG. 1 was developed. In this case, a main body 2 consisting of a plate bent into an inverted L shape is attached to an exterior material 5 via a spacer 3 with a fixing member 4 such as a nail. This type of draining member 1 covers the bent upper end of the draining iron plate 6 so as to be accommodated therein. Note that caulking material 7 is placed on the exterior material 5 and the upper bent portion of the main body 2.
It is filled with water and has a watertight structure.

In this case, there is no need to process the exterior material 5 and the draining iron plate 6, resulting in lower costs.

However, when attaching such a draining member 1 to the exterior material 5, it is necessary to accurately determine the position of the spacer 3 with respect to the draining iron plate 6, and this height must not be made the same as the height of the main body 2. As a result, the main body 2 tilts and the caulking material 7 flows out, making it impossible to fill the caulking material 7 or coming into contact with the draining iron plate 6. Therefore,
In either case, there is a risk that water may enter due to capillary action. Furthermore, since the members are not integrated, management and installation are troublesome, and the strength of the main body 2 is weak. Further, since the caulking material 7 is only placed on the upper bent portion of the main body 2, it easily flows out, and a commonly used back-up material cannot be used in this case, so that the prevention of water leakage is insufficient.

This idea was made in consideration of the above circumstances, and its purpose was to create a drainage structure that can reliably prevent water leakage between the exterior material and the drainage iron plate by using drainage members that are easy to manufacture and install. It is about providing.

An example of this invention is shown below in Figures 2 and 3.
This will be explained with reference to the figures. In FIG. 2, 11 is an exterior material forming the outer wall of a house, etc., and 12 is a roof portion. The exterior material 11 is formed of, for example, a fiber-mixed cement calcium silicate board. Further, the roof portion 12 is formed by laying a roofing material 14, such as galvanized iron, on a field 13 made of wood or the like. 15 is the exterior material 11 and the roof part 12
This is an asphalt roofing installed on the outer surface of the field 13. Furthermore, a drainage iron plate 16 is provided at the connecting portion between the exterior material 11 and the roof portion 12, extending from the exterior material 11 to the roof portion 12. This drainage iron plate 16 prevents water from leaking between the exterior material 11 and the roof section 12, and is fixed to the roof section 12 and the exterior material 11 with nails or the like. Further, the upper end portion of the draining iron plate 16 is covered with a draining member S. As shown in Fig. 3, this draining member S
is an extrusion molded product made of aluminum material, for example, and includes a main body 17 that is a rectangular plate parallel to the exterior material 11 at a predetermined distance, and an edge and an edge on one side that extends down to a certain extent from the upper edge of the main body 17. An upper protrusion 18 is provided in parallel, and a lower protrusion 19 is integrally provided below the upper protrusion 18 in parallel. Since these upper and lower protrusions 18 and 19 protrude by the same amount, it can be said that they are vertically spaced and opposed to each other. As described later, the upper protrusion 18
The space formed by the upper surface side and the portion of the main body 17 that projects upward from the upper protrusion 18 is filled with caulking material 2
0, the space formed by the upper protrusion 18, the lower protrusion 19, and the main body 17 portion between these upper and lower protrusions 18 and 19 serves as the fixing part 21, and the lower protrusion 19 and this lower protrusion The space portions formed by the downwardly protruding portion of the main body 17 are formed as drain portions 22, respectively.

When installing such a draining member S,
First, the draining iron plate 16 is aligned so that the upper end portion on the exterior material 11 side is covered with the draining portion 22. That is, the upper end of the exterior material 11 may be bent and the lower protrusion 19 placed thereon. The lower edge of the main body 17 is close to the draining iron plate 16 on the roof portion 12. Then, a fixing tool 23 such as a nail is driven into the fixing member 21. That is, by inserting the fixing tool 23 from the surface side of the main body 17 at a portion corresponding to the upper and lower protrusions 18 and 19 and driving it into the exterior material 11 through the fixing part 21, the draining member S is attached to the exterior. It can be attached and fixed to the material 11. At this time, the fixture 23 is attached to the upper and lower protrusions 1
8 and 19, so above these,
The edges of the lower protrusions 18 and 19 are brought into contact with the exterior material 11, and the main body 17 is not deformed. Next, the caulking material filling portion 20 is filled with a backup material 24 and a caulking material 25 made of a water leakage prevention material. These include a portion of the main body 17 that protrudes upward from the upper protrusion 18, and the upper protrusion 18 and the exterior material 11.
By filling the container between the containers, it is possible to ensure that the container is filled without leakage and to maintain a completely watertight state.

As explained above, according to this invention, a draining structure is formed by a draining iron plate, a draining member, and a caulking material, and the draining member has a pair of vertically spaced and opposing sides on one side of the main body parallel to the exterior material. A protrusion is provided, and a part filled with caulking material is formed between the upper surface side of the upper protrusion and the main body that protrudes upward from this, a fixing part into which a fixing tool is inserted from the surface side of the main body between the upper and lower protrusions, and a lower protrusion. Since the space between the lower part and the main body is made into a drainage part, the caulking material can be easily and reliably filled without flowing out, and the waterproof effect between the caulking material and the exterior material can be surely obtained. Furthermore, the mounting insertion position of the fixture is
You can choose from a wide range of upper and lower protrusions, and the upper and lower protrusions reinforce the main body. Furthermore, the position where the lower protrusion is placed on the upper end of the draining iron plate to cover the draining iron plate can be easily determined, and the installation workability is improved.
