Conventionally, coal pitch coke, petroleum coke, lignite, and various other low-ash solid fuels used in various combustion devices such as heating and greenhouses have attracted attention as useful fuels because they have very little residual ash, are cheap, and have high calories. However, apart from cases of large-scale consumption such as in factories, in normal cases, predetermined amounts such as 10 [Kg] and 15 [Kg] are sold in cardboard, linen, etc. bags, and consumers meet their needs. The required amount is taken out from the bag with a shovel, clips, etc. and supplied to the combustion device, and at the beginning of combustion, it is ignited directly or in a kindling to ignite the low ash solid fuel and perform the first combustion. After that, the low ash content solid fuel was running low and I was replenishing it one by one before the spark went out, but I had to manually measure the amount with a scoop or other tool and then take it out of the bag and replenish it. It was time-consuming, often staining not only the area around the device, but also hands and clothing, and it gradually crumbled into powder, making it unusable for Rostres. Additionally, measuring the amount of fuel by eye makes the amount supplied uneven and makes the next refill time uncertain, so if you want to do it accurately, you must always have a monitoring device such as a meter installed. In addition, paper, jute bags, etc. are hygroscopic and have a negative effect on the stored fuel, so care must be taken when storing them.

Therefore, by improving the above-mentioned drawbacks and supplying the required amount at a time when fuel replenishment is required, conventional low-ash solid fuel was packaged in paper bags in the required amount for combustion and supplied to the combustion device when continuous combustion was required. There was a drawback that ash from the paper bag remained.

``Bagged low ash solid fuel'' in No. 180290 invention
However, when the fuel is put into the combustion equipment, the combustion power may be reduced in some cases, or the bag may cover the entire burning fuel due to falling conditions, blocking ventilation or causing high temperatures. Gas was generated in the bag, which had an adverse effect on combustion.

The present invention focuses on the above-mentioned problems, and stores the required amount of low-ash solid fuel in a synthetic resin bag, and when necessary, removes the seal from the previously closed vent hole and supplies the bag to the combustion equipment. The purpose is to measure the ventilation and dissipate the generated combustion gas inside the bag through the ventilation hole so that no ash remains from the completely burned bag.

The low-ash solid fuel combustion storage bag of the present invention is made of a combustible synthetic resin such as vinyl that can be thermally decomposed and melted, and because it is a polymer, it melts and ultimately burns without producing combustion ash. This is what was used.

以下、実施例により詳細に説明する。 Hereinafter, it will be explained in detail using examples.

The bag 2 used in this invention has a hanging hole 2 to the supply device so that it can be automatically supplied to the combustion device.
It is also possible to provide a ring 2b or the like which can be heated and melted. Furthermore, regardless of whether the bag is transparent, translucent, or opaque, there is no argument that advertisements or the like may be added to the surface of the synthetic resin.

The action of the low ash solid fuel in the above-mentioned combustion device B is that during the first combustion, the low ash solid fuel A in a bag with vents or bare is combusted by igniting the ignition material as appropriate, and oxygen is released through the intake gap. When supplementary combustion is required, a new bag of low ash solid fuel with the seal peeled off is automatically or manually added. Note that the combustion device is not limited to what is illustrated.

During the above combustion, the ignition heat reaches a high temperature of 1,200°C or higher, and the bag thermally decomposes and melts almost instantly, eventually burning without producing harmful gases.
Since the material is polymeric and has no fibers, it does not produce ash, and it is used in lignite with an ash content of 5% or less, ogalite, petroleum coke and other cokes with an ash content of 1% or less, charcoal, charcoal briquettes, and other low ash content. Coupled with the high-temperature combustion of low-ash solid fuel such as briquette charcoal made from briquettes, no ash remains in the combustion equipment, and even when the bagged fuel is input, it melts almost instantly.
Moreover, since it has ventilation holes, there is no risk of blocking air intake or extinguishing a fire despite the synthetic resin bag having no air permeability.

The bag-packed low-ash solid fuel of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure and operation has the following features: (1) It is sealed in a sealed bag 2 with ventilation holes, which is made mainly of synthetic resin that melts in a short time when burned. When handling it, it is possible to replenish the necessary pre-measured amount into the combustion device without contaminating hands, instruments, the combustion device, or its surroundings.
Furthermore, even if some of the solids collapse and become powdered, they can be used as they are in a combustion device without a rooster, so there is no waste.
(2) Unlike bags made from fibers such as paper or cloth, the bag 2 melts quickly due to combustion heat and does not interfere with combustion. (3) Even if the firepower is low, the ventilation holes are open, so even if the melting of the bag is delayed, it will still be ventilated and will not disappear. (4) Since no ash is produced after combustion, the hassle of ash disposal and the generation of pollution can be reduced. Moreover, unlike coal, charcoal, etc., which have a high ash content and cause ash-covering as combustion progresses, resulting in a low temperature state without becoming an open flame, stored low-ash content solid fuel becomes smaller as the combustion progresses. However, since there is almost no ash, it exists as an open flame, retains high heat, and can reliably melt the next bag thrown in, so there is no danger of the fire being extinguished. (5) In the case of molded fuel called briquettes, the water-absorbing nature of the water-soluble glue and molasses used for binding during molding had the disadvantage that paper bags etc. could be damaged and the fuel could absorb water. The present invention is highly water resistant and does not have such drawbacks, and is also cheaper than paper etc.
It is a practical idea that is hard to break, sturdy, and suitable for transportation and storage.
