報を施し、製品に取り付けて製品の工程管理を行

本考案の磁気ラベル１は第１図に示す如く、粘

紙２の表面側に複数の情報記録部８，８を設けて
なり、情報記録部８の一部を含み、かつ磁気記録

剥離紙に至ることのない切れ目７を粘着紙２側か
ら設け、この切れ目７により画される部分がラベ
ル主体から部分的に剥ぎとることのできる粘着片
９，９を構成すると共に、ラベル５の端部所定個
所に吊り下げ用の孔１０を設けてなるものであ

次に、本考案の磁気ラベル１の使用に従つて説
明すると、コンピユータの印字機、タイプライタ

ド情報を印字記録すると共に、磁気記録層６には
粘着片９に印字記録した情報と同一内容の情報を
繰返し磁気読取りできるよう２個所以上の場所に
磁気記録し、次いで印字記録および磁気記録によ
る情報が付されたラベルは、孔１０にヒモ等を用
いてラベルを品物に取り付け、各工程終了時に磁
気記録層６の情報を磁気読取機にて読取らせコン
ピユータに入力し工程管理を行うと共に、磁気記
録層６を有していない粘着片９を剥離紙４より剥
がし作業場所での控として台帳等に貼り付けるも
のである。そして製品が完成した後の製品梱包時
には、磁気記録層６のほぼ半分を磁気記録層６に
接して設けた粘着片９と共に磁気記録層６に直交
して設けた切れ目７より剥離紙４から剥がし第２
図に示す如く、梱包材に直接貼り付け出荷時に粘
着片９の印字記録された情報を視認すると共に磁
気記録層６に記録された磁気情報の読取りを行い
製品管理を行うものであり、梱包材に貼り付けら
れた磁気記録層６は、磁気ラベル１に残存の磁気
記録層６の磁気情報と同一の磁気情報を有するも

ベル面に磁気読取り可能な磁気情報とこの磁気情
報と同一内容の情報を視認できる形態でラベル面
に設けてあるので、製品の製造工程管理を行う場
合に各部署で磁気情報を磁気情報読取機で読取
り、コンピユータに直接入力し製品の工程管理を
正確、かつ容易に行うことができると共に情報記
録部を有する粘着紙に磁気記録層に直交する切れ
目を設けた構成としたので、情報記録部および磁
気記録層を容易にラベル主体から剥ぎ取り再度他
の物へ貼着できるので帳簿等へ貼り付けて控とし
て利用することができ、さらに、ラベル上でのラ
ベル片の有無により工程のチエツクが一目で確認
