リム予備体の円周面を目的の最終断面形状に仕上げ成形
することにより、その円周面に凹状ウェル部を備えた2
次リム予備体とし、 その後、金型から取りはずした2次リム予備体の中心部
を大きくプレス打抜き加工して、凸片と凹欠とが交互に
変化する開口輪郭形状のホイールディスク用取付フラン
ジを形成すると一挙同時に、その取付フランジの各凸片
に、ホイールディスク取付け用ボルトの挿通孔も開口さ
せることを特徴とするものである。
