On the surface of concrete from which the formwork has been removed after curing, so-called pockmarks appear, which are traces of water bubbles that have accumulated on the side of the formwork and air bubbles that have entered the concrete.

題がある。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) These conventional materials, nonwoven fabrics, and woven fabrics have breathability and water permeability, so they are effective in reducing pockmarks formed on the concrete surface due to blisters and air bubbles. Yes, but
Since the surface of non-woven fabric or woven fabric has an uneven surface due to the fibers, the concrete surface after curing will be in a state where the uneven surface due to the fibers of the non-woven fabric or woven fabric is directly transferred, resulting in poor smoothness and poor surface strength. The current situation is that it has not improved. In addition, due to the large pores of these non-woven fabrics or woven fabrics, relatively fine-grained cement easily penetrates, and the fibers become buried in the cement, causing the non-woven fabrics or woven fabrics to be removed from the concrete after curing. The surface of nonwoven fabrics or woven fabrics suffers considerable damage such as cracks due to poor peelability when detached, and high peeling resistance even after detachment, so the surface of nonwoven fabrics or woven fabrics is currently unable to be reused. There is a problem with the method.

The present invention relates to a method of curing concrete by interposing a concrete curing sheet of /rdhr inside a formwork and bringing the poured concrete into direct contact with the sheet.

The air permeability in the present invention is based on JIS P8117, and refers to a value measured with a Gurley densometer manufactured by Toyo Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
sec/100 cc, preferably lXl0-” to 5×10” sec/1
The range is 00cc. Air permeability is 10-”sec/1
If the sintered porous plastic sheet is less than 0.00 cc, the individual pore diameters of the sintered porous plastic sheet become large, and relatively fine particles of cement enter the pores, which not only impairs the smoothness of the concrete surface after curing, but also increases the porosity. If the zero air permeability exceeds 103 sec/100 cc, which is undesirable because the peelability of the plastic sheet from the concrete becomes poor, degassing becomes insufficient and pockmarks due to blisters and air bubbles occur, which is undesirable.

water permeability under a pressure of 2 kg/cd) is 1 to 1
It is necessary to be in the range of 0' l/rdhr, more preferably 3X10 to I x 10' 1/ydhr.
within the range of If the water permeability is less than 11/rrfhr, blisters and air bubbles will be insufficiently removed if the water content is high, and pockmarks will tend to occur on the concrete surface. Also, the water permeability is 10'j! If it exceeds /rrrhr,
If more water than necessary is dehydrated before curing, the strength of concrete tends to decrease due to the formation of cavities.

In other words, air permeability, water permeability, etc. are selected appropriately depending on the type of fresh concrete, such as fresh concrete that contains excess water in excess of the amount of water required for hardening, relatively hard mixed fresh concrete, or fresh concrete that requires almost no dewatering. It is possible to do so.

This sintered porous sheet can solve the problem of not being able to be reused due to adhesion to concrete. The curing concrete obtained also has high smoothness, so it is not only beautiful but also has a concrete surface with excellent strength and durability. As described above, the sintered porous sheet of the present invention has many excellent advantages not found in conventional curing methods, and can be said to be a suitable method for surface treatment of concrete using formwork methods.

fhrを満足する様に留意しなければならない。The sintered porous sheet in the present invention is obtained by sintering the polyolefin resin powder. The sheet can be easily sintered by filling the powder into a mold, sintering it by an appropriate known heating means, usually without external pressure, and then cooling and removing it from the mold. . Further, the powder can be spread onto a metal belt to a certain thickness and then passed through a heating furnace to form a continuous sintered sheet. Furthermore, when a metal belt is sintered and formed into an upper and lower double steel belt, a beautiful sintered sheet can be obtained on both sides of the sheet. The sheet obtained in this way has a thickness of 0.5 mm or more, but as a concrete curing sheet, a sheet of 1 m or more and up to about 50 shoes has good water permeability, air permeability, strength, and reusability. preferred. The heating temperature and time are the main factors for the sintering forming conditions, but in the present invention, the air permeability and water permeability of the porous sheet are 10-2 to 10, respectively.
3sec/100cc and 10'~10'l/rr
Care must be taken to satisfy fhr.

Methods for making the sintered porous sheet hydrophilic include a method in which the surface of polyolefin powder is made hydrophilic with sulfuric anhydride (disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 57-119908) and then sintered and formed, or a method in which acrylic acid is applied to polyolefin Various methods can be applied, such as a method using a material grafted with a polar group having excellent hydrophilicity, and a method of mixing polyolefin powder with a hydrophilicity imparting agent such as a surfactant and sintering the mixture. In addition, olefin resin sintered porous sheets,
A method of dipping in a surface-active hydrophilicity-imparting agent, a physicochemical hydrophilic treatment method such as plasma treatment, flame treatment, etc., and a sheet-like method with hydrophilic groups (sulfonation treatment with acrylic acid grafted sulfuric acid anhydride) on the surface. Hydrophilic treatment by post-treatment after forming a sintered sheet can also be applied. The hydrophilic sintered porous sheet obtained in this way has high water permeability, so it is possible to reduce the pore size of the porous sheet, which makes it difficult for fine particles of fresh concrete to enter the sheet, making it possible to reuse it. This has the effect of greatly improving usability.

A porous sheet was pasted on the inner wall of the building (4,200 m long, 150 m high). After that, concrete (strength 300kg/cd after 28 days curing in 20℃ water) was added at 0.6kg/c.
Concrete was obtained by pouring the concrete at a pressure of 100 mL and curing for 20 hours. The concrete was then subjected to surface smoothness, surface rebound hardness, and freeze-thaw tests. In addition, in order to evaluate the reusability of the sheet, three cycles of curing were performed and the increase in weight of the sheet was measured. The above results are shown in the table.
