(Prior Art) Conventionally, canned edible oils, liquid seasonings, etc. are rarely transferred to other containers after being opened, and the cans at the time of sale are used as storage containers for edible oils, etc. In these cans, the liquid content is poured directly into the container from a hole drilled on the top plate of the can each time it is used. If the liquid is left undisturbed, the liquid contents will flow down the can and contaminate the area where the can is stored. Therefore, by covering the entire surface of the top of the can with a cover cap to prevent dust, and by providing a spout that drains the liquid easily, this cover cap prevents the liquid from spilling onto the side of the can when pouring. In addition to preventing this, the spout was opened and closed by a stopper.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in such a cover cap, in order to prevent the stopper for opening and closing the spout provided in the cover cap from being lost, the stopper is attached to a flexible connecting piece to the cover cap. However, this connecting piece is integrally formed on the peripheral edge of the cover cap so as to protrude to the side of the cover cap. Therefore, it was not possible to mechanize the operation of capping the cover cap onto the upper edge of the can, resulting in poor work efficiency. In other words, during the capping operation, the periphery of the cover cap is mechanically grasped and the upper edge of the can is attached. However, since the connecting piece and the plug protrude to the side of the cover cap, the capping operation is difficult. is inhibited. In addition, since the connecting piece of the stopper is provided at a position close to the spout on the periphery of the cover cap, the stopper hangs down due to its own weight when dispensing the contents, diagonally in front of or diagonally below the spout. It will be located in Therefore, if the can is moved during pouring, the stopper may be located below the spout and obstruct the flow of the contents during pouring. The drawback was that it was difficult to handle and had to be handled with care.
Furthermore, since the connecting piece of the stopper is attached so as to protrude to the side of the cover cap, the liquid content adhering to the stopper tends to spill to the outside of the receiver such as a saucer when dispensing. It had the disadvantage of staining the floor.

(Example) The present invention will be explained below based on the illustrated example. A first embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, and in this first embodiment, 1 is a cover cap fitted onto the upper end of a can body 2; A fitting wall 12 extending downward is connected to an end edge of a substantially rectangular lid portion 11 . The lid part 11 has a cylindrical nozzle part 14 with a spouting hole 13 protruding from one lateral end on the center line. 15 is the fitting wall 1 on the lower surface of the lid part 11.
This is a seal part provided inside the can body 2, and is formed to have the same length as the seam part 21 of the can body 2, or to have a slightly longer dimension. The seal portion 15 is attached to the cover cap 1
When the is fitted into the can body 2, the top plate 22 of the can body 2
Even if the liquid content L overflows onto the top plate 22 during pouring, it is prevented from flowing out to the side of the can body 2. Reference numeral 16 denotes a substantially elliptical through hole bored in the lid portion 11 . Reference numeral 17 denotes a tapered wall having a substantially elliptical cross section that extends vertically from the upper end of the through hole 16 of the lid portion. It is located below by a dimensional difference Δh from the lower end.
This tapered wall 17 is such that the cover cap 1 is connected to the can body 2.
When the can body is fitted into the top plate 22 of the can body, its lower end portion is pushed upward by Δh and elastically deformed. In this case, the tapered wall 17 maintains a repulsive force due to the action of an elastic spring, so it contacts the top plate 22 with a constant surface pressure, and since the tapered wall 17 has a substantially elliptical cross section, it comes into close contact with the top plate 22 evenly. The lower part of the through hole 16 is then closed. As a result, even if the content liquid L overflows onto the top plate 22 when the content liquid L is poured out, the content liquid L
The leakage of the liquid to the outside through the through hole 16 is completely prevented. Reference numeral 3 denotes a plug that opens and closes the spout hole 13 by attaching and detaching it to the tip of the nozzle portion 14.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a connecting piece which is connected along the center line of the cover cap 1 at a position near the nozzle portion 14 at the lower end of the tapered wall 17 and extends into the through hole 16, and has elasticity. The connecting piece 4 connects the plug 3 to the side opposite to the nozzle to prevent the plug 3 from being lost. When the plug body 3 is fitted into the nozzle portion 14, the connecting piece 4 is elastically deformed into a substantially U-shape along the center line of the cover cap 1. On the other hand, insert the plug body 3 into the nozzle part 1.
4, the connecting piece 4 elastically returns along the center line of the cover cap 1, and the plug body 3
is held at a position above the lid part 11, slightly closer to the center than the nozzle part 14 (that is, on the side opposite to the pouring side). 18 is an air hole provided in the lid part 11, and the air hole 18 is connected to the air hole 2 of the can body when the content liquid L is poured out.
3 to communicate the inside and outside of the can body 2, and the content liquid L
This prevents a pulsating flow when flowing out from the spout hole 13. In this embodiment, the lid part is approximately rectangular, but it may also be circular.

To explain the function of the cover cap 1 with spout hole of the first embodiment having the above configuration, the outflow hole 24 and the air hole 23 are pre-drilled near the periphery of the top plate 22 of the can body, and as shown in FIG. Sealing part 21
The cover cap 1 is fitted to the nozzle portion 14, and the stopper 3 is fitted to the tip of the nozzle portion 14. In this state, the pouring hole 13 is closed by the stopper 3, and the peripheral edge of the top plate 22 is closed due to the contact between the seal portion 15 of the cover cap and the top plate 22. Furthermore, since the tapered wall 17 of the cover cap is in contact with the top plate 22 with a constant surface pressure, the lower part of the through hole 16 is completely closed. Also, the cover cap 1 of the connecting piece 4
It is elastically deformed into a U-shape above the center line of. When pouring out the liquid content L, insert the stopper 3 into the nozzle part 14.
Then, the spout hole 13 is opened. In this case, the stopper body 3 is lifted and held by the elastic restoring force of the connecting piece 4 toward the side opposite to the pouring side above the lid part 11.
Then, when the can body 2 is tilted as shown in Fig. 4,
The content liquid L passes through the outflow hole 24 and the spout hole 13,
Due to the action of the air holes 18 and 23, the air is discharged to the outside at a constant flow rate from beginning to end without becoming a pulsating flow. In this case, the plug 3 is always located above the spout hole 13, so even if the can body 2 moves during pouring, the plug 3 will not interfere with the flow of the liquid content L. . In addition, since the stopper 3 is located above the flow of the liquid L, that is, above the receiver, the stopper 3 is located above the flow of the liquid L.
Even if it is attached, it will not spill outside the container during the dispensing operation.

When pouring is finished, the can body 2 is returned to its original position and the stopper body 3 is fitted onto the tip of the nozzle portion 14. At this time, the top plate 22 and the lid 11 of the cover cap are
Most of the liquid L that had flowed out between the two flows back into the can body 2 from the outflow hole 24, but a portion remains on the top plate 22 and flows through the through hole 16 of the cover cap.
It may also flow to the side. However, since the through hole 16 is completely closed by pressure contact between the tapered wall 17 and the top plate 22 below, the liquid content L remaining on the top plate 22 inside the cover cap 1 flows into the through hole 16. Leakage is prevented. By repeating the same operation thereafter, the content liquid L can be poured out.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention has the above-mentioned structure and operation. A through hole is provided in the lid of a cover cap with a spout hole, and a connecting piece and a stopper are placed inside the through hole along the center line of the cover cap. Since the cover cap has a simple outer circumferential surface without any sideward protruding parts, the outer circumferential surface of the cover cap can be mechanically gripped, and the capping of the cover cap onto the can body can be mechanized. This makes it possible to improve work efficiency. In addition, by providing a connecting piece along the center line of the cover cap, the stopper is always positioned above the spout hole during dispensing, so the flow of the liquid content is not obstructed by the stopper. Therefore, there is no need to pay attention to the position of the stopper when dispensing, and the dispensing operation can be performed easily.
Furthermore, the stopper is positioned above the flow of the liquid content, that is, above the receiver, so that even if the liquid adheres to the stopper, the adhering liquid will not spill out of the receiver. This has the effect of preventing the microwave and floor from getting dirty. Furthermore, as a secondary effect, since the through hole is provided in the lid of the cover cap, less material is required for the cover cap, which is economical. Furthermore, since the outer peripheral surface has a simple shape, it has various effects such as being convenient for packaging and transportation.
