Claims (1)
- 被加工物を載置して固定すると共に、その被加
工物を中心軸回りに回転させるターンテーブルと
、回転軸の先端に被加工物の表面を研磨する工具
皿を取付けた同種又は異種の複数本の研磨具を有
し、各研磨具をそれぞれ独立してその回転軸の軸
心方向に昇降可能に配設したことを特徴とする表
面研磨装置。
