【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、食品を収容する容器に関する。従
来、生鮮、及び加工食品の一般的な保存手段とし
て、冷蔵庫による冷凍、及び冷蔵処理が、食品の
種別と、保存日時に応じて行なわれているが、前
者は解凍に時間を要し、又、処理する食品によつ
て品質は低下する。後者は日時の経過と共に、食
品に付着している微生物、及び容器内に侵入付着
する微生物の増殖により、変質腐敗を来して食中
毒の原因となる。

物の増殖を抑制するため、次のように構成する。
この考案を図面によつて説明すると、 第1図において、丸及び角型の容器1口縁の滑
上面に密接して被冠する、上面平滑な蓋2下面周
囲に、容器1口縁内側面に嵌合する枠3と、その
外方に、容器1内を気密にするシリコンチユーブ
のパツキン4を埋設した溝5を設ける。蓋2上面
に、内部を円錘台形に形成した孔6の平滑な底面
中央に排気口7を設けた弁座8を設置し、この弁
座には、円錘台形周囲の中間部に一端を残した割
れ目9を有する可撓性の弁10を緩嵌して当接す

を反復すると、当初は環の押圧、引張により空気
は排出し、侵入するが、容器内空気が次第に稀薄
となり陰圧が増大すると、吸盤は蓋面に吸着状態
となり、ために容器内空気は、環の引張により球
面内に侵入し、蓋面への吸着により外部に押出さ
れ、終には容器内は真空に近づき微生物の増殖は
抑制されて食品保存の目的は達せられ、その効果
は、昭和60年4月13日〜18日間に、青森県工業試
験場内の27℃の実験室内において、本考案容器と
対照容器に、微生物47個/g付着の袋入豆腐をそ
れぞれ収容し、食品保存の比較実験を行なつた結
果、本考案容器は4.6×106個/g、対照容器は1.1
×108個/gと、微生物の増殖は1/24位に、本案
容器が少ないことが証明されている。
