帯鋼両端の折曲端がさらにくい込む方向に変形さ
せられるから、従来の締付金具のごとくその切り
起し片が変形するなどして帯鋼の透孔から外れて
しまうなどの欠点がなく確実に締付ができるうえ
に、締付後は締付金具の折曲片の先端が帯鋼外壁
にくい込むような形となり、両者間に強い摩擦力
が作用して、締付けの反作用により折曲片が広げ
られるのが有効に防止され、高い締付力が得られ
るという著効を奏する。
