題点がある。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As mentioned above, conventionally, a long film is folded into equal parts in the width direction to form a packaging bag, but this packaging bag has two parts, the upper and lower sides of the folded and opened side. It is required that the edges of the sheets overlap properly. This is a fairly strict condition in order to ensure that the packaging bag is neatly sealed and to prevent mechanical troubles when the packaging bag is set in an automatic packaging device and used. Therefore, in order to match the edges of the opening of the packaging bag, conventionally, after folding the film, the edge on the opening side was slightly cut to make the packaging bag the specified size, and the edges of the first opening were made to match. . Therefore, there is a problem that the manufacturing efficiency of the packaging bag is not sufficient and that the film material is wasted.

A long packaging bag is created by folding the film, folding it so that the edges on both sides overlap slightly when folded, and cutting the folded film through the center in the width direction and through the folded overlapping part. A packaging bag manufacturing apparatus comprising a long film folded on the center line in the width direction and opened at one end, further comprising: a film feeding mechanism for transporting a film of a predetermined width; Fold the side edges of the film so that they face each other toward the center in the width direction, and fold the film so that the edges of both sides overlap slightly when folded. and a cutter that cuts through the folded overlapping part;
It is characterized by comprising a winding section that winds up the separated films respectively.

The roller 16 is a roller that detects the tension applied to the film. The film transferred from the film bobbin 10 is controlled so as not to meander, and is therefore adjusted to be pulled out with a constant tension.

Rollers 18b and 18c for guiding the film are provided on the front and rear ends of the film, respectively. This meandering correction device 18 is provided with sensors that detect the positions of both side edges of the film to be transferred, and based on the detection results, when the film is displaced from its normal position, the correction table 18a is driven and the correction table 18a is always adjusted. The normal position is adjusted so that the film is transported. Since the film is subsequently folded in place, correct transport of the film is an extremely important condition for correct folding.

In this embodiment, the folding section 20 includes a sliding plate 22 that slides and guides the film to be transferred, and is arranged approximately horizontally on both sides of the sliding plate 22, and has a leading end in the film feeding direction. A pincer 24 is placed narrowly inward and guides the side edge of the film to be folded inward, and a pincer 24 is placed on the exit side of the sliding plate 22 to guide the side edge of the folded film. It is provided with a film edge holding roller 26 that presses the top surface and folds the film to a specified width. The sliding plate 22
The film exit side of the slide plate 22 is provided horizontally, and the film inlet side of the sliding plate 22 rises up from this horizontal part with a smooth curved surface so that the film can be easily received into the sliding plate 22. Since the width when the film is folded is regulated by the width of the sliding plate 22, the width of the sliding plate 22 is set in advance in accordance with a predetermined folding width. 28 is a support frame for fixing the sliding plate 22.

As shown in FIG. 6, the film is folded so that the side edges of the film overlap somewhat at the center in the width direction. The folded film is cut into two parts by the cutter 30 along the center line A in the width direction, so when folding the film, make sure that the overlapping parts of the side edges of the film are on the center line A. It needs to be folded in. That is, it is necessary to fold the film so that the vertically overlapping portions of the side edges of the film are both cut by the cutter 30. 2) shows the film after cutting, and as shown in the figure, by cutting along the center line A with a cutter 30, two packaging bags folded at the center can be obtained at once.

Packaging bags with perfectly matched edges can be easily obtained and manufactured very efficiently. In addition, since only a small amount of extra lip portion comes out during cutting, there is a significant effect that the packaging bag material is not wasted.
