Because of its rigidity, if care is not taken when handling it afterwards, it may chip due to impact, or crack or peel when bent after being enameled.

On the enamel layer, in addition to transparent fluororesin and silicone resin, there is a film of general-purpose resin such as urethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, or polyester resin with a thickness of 5 to soogm, depending on the purpose of the enamel product. The paint has been hardened.

。If the thickness of the solidified film is less than 5 g+n, the film is often ineffective, and if it exceeds 500 Bm, the effects of the resin film on various properties become stronger, and the characteristics of the enamel product are lost. In some cases, discoloration of the resin film impairs the color tone of the enamel, and also causes cracks in the resin during bending.

0.2 layers each of IJ acid, 28% ammonia water, and 2 oz hydric soda were added, covered with a watch glass, and left at room temperature for 24 hours. After washing off with water and observing, no abnormalities were found. Example 3 After degreasing an enameled cast iron pot with Triclean steam, baking was carried out by spraying a transparent fluororesin so that the thickness of the film was approximately 20 m at 100°C.
Although it was baked for 20 minutes, there was no peeling of the enamel layer in an impact test in which a 200 g iron ball was dropped from above.

Even after drilling, cracks do not propagate around the processed area, enamel pieces do not scatter during processing, and it has good corrosion resistance even against strong acids.
There is also the advantage that there is little difference in appearance between the processed part and the surrounding area, and the present invention greatly contributes to the development of the industry.
