とともに、繊維同士やマイカの眉間のすべりにより内部
損失が大きい理想の物性を有した振動板が実現できるも
のである。さらに本発明の構成では抄造され、加熱され
たことによりポリビニルアルコール繊維がバインダーと
なり水分の蒸気圧により発泡させた多孔体となっている
ため、同じ重量でも厚みを厚くして振動板とすることが
でき、曲:げ剛1性が大きくなり、振動中に振動板が変
形したり分割共振が生じないものである。

のである。なお振動板形状はドーム状でもコーン状でも
同様の効果が得られるもので、さらにサンドインチ構造
平板振動板の心材として吏用しても曲げ剛性が大きいた
め良好な特性が得られるものである。

させた多孔体を振動板としたもので、キトサンとクラフ
トパルプがエポキシ基により部分的に化学結合されてお
り、従来の紙パルプの繊維同士のからみ合いより強度が
大きく、強化材としてリン片状マイカが混合されている
ため非常に弾性率が大きい。またポリビニルアルコール
繊維をバインダーとして水蒸気により発泡させているた
め多孔質となり見かけの密度を小さくすることができ、
振動板とするとき同重量で厚みを犬きぐすることによシ
曲げ剛性を大きくすることができる利点がある。さらに
繊維間あるいはリン片状マイカの層間のすべりにより内
部損失も大きくすることができ歪が少なく、高″域共撮
周波数が高い良好な音響特性を有する優れたスピーカ全
実現できるものである。
