の操舵トルク検出信号を出力する操舵トルク検出
器と、前記操舵系の操舵角を検出して操舵角検出
信号を出力する操舵角検出器と、前記操舵トルク
検出信号又は操舵角検出信号に基づいて操舵方向
を判定する方向判定回路と、この方向判定回路の
判定結果と前記操舵トルク検出信号及び操舵角検
出信号に基づき操舵トルクが零で且つ操舵角が所
定角以下であつて操舵角速度が所定値以上の時に
前記操舵系の動きを止める方向に前記アシスト機
構を作動させる制御信号を出力する制御回路と、
