円盤状記録媒体(以下デイスクと呼ぶ)の成形装
置に関するもので、特にデイスク成形時における
デイスクの中心孔の成形手段に特徴を有するもの
である。従来からデイスクの中心孔の成形方法と
して型締装置と一対のデイスク成形金型に直接射
出装置でデイスク材料をデイスク成形用金型中心
部より供給するデイスク成形装置では、数ミリの
間隔をもつて対向するよう設定された両金型間に
デイスク材料を射出して圧縮成形工程中に、デイ
スク成形用金型中心部に対向するよう設定され別
な手段で駆動される中心孔成形用可動センターピ
ンと固定センターピンがデイスク記録部を成形す
る前に圧接して、デイスク中心孔を、まず成形し
てから記録部を成形する方法が一般に用いられて
いる。

が開いたデイスク取出位置と、第2図に示す材料
射出時の微少間隔で開いている位置と、図示しな
いが両者が圧接された型締め位置の3位置に制御
される。

ねた第2の手段を構成している。14はホツパー
で前記保持部材13を介して射出シリンダ11に

ク外周部が成形されるまでにデイスク中心孔が成
形され、さらに前記可動盤4が上昇してデイスク
外周部が成形される。しかる後に、前記の上金型
8と下金型7のそれぞれの加熱冷却溝22,23
に冷却水を送水して両スタンパー20,21間の
デイスク材料はデイスク中心孔と共にデイスク外
周部も冷却され硬化して、デイスクが成形され

精密に大孔径の中心孔成形が出来る為効果は多
大である。
