[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention continuously supplies rice and water to the starting end of the rice washing tank by a supply means, and the mixture is stirred inside the rice washing tank from the starting end by rotating the rice washing blade. The washed rice is transferred to the terminal and rubbed by physical and mechanical friction until it reaches the terminal, and the washed rice is allowed to climb over a weir and fall into a flat drainage section and then into an inclined drainage chute, and the washed rice is poured into a hole plate or a sloping drainage chute. The rice is removed using a net-like chute, and at this time, an appropriate amount of fresh water is sprayed into the chute in the form of a mist to remove the adhering rice washing water and send only the rice to the rice feeding tank. The washed rice that has entered the rice feeding tank is washed by water that is sprayed from the water injection nozzle attached to the bottom of the rice feeding tank toward the rice feeding pipe.
Continuous operation is possible by connecting the rice washing machine section that sends the rice to the next process and the rice feeding section, with the tip of the rice feeding pipe facing the next process. The present invention relates to an apparatus for washing rice, and one embodiment thereof will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Since one embodiment of the device according to the present invention is constructed as described above, after water is stored in the rice washing tank 1 from the water supply pipe 4 to the height of the weir plate 9, the motor 6
While rotating the rice washing blade 8, rice is continuously fed into the rice washing tank 1 from the hopper 5 and water is replenished. The rice and water mixture is stirred by the rotation of the rice washing blade 8, and the rice is washed. The rice is transferred in the tank 1 from the starting end to the ending end, and during this time, dirt adhering to the rice grains is removed due to friction with the blades 8 and resistance due to the weir plate 9, friction between the rice grains, etc., and the rice grains become clean. For this reason, it is necessary that an amount of rice corresponding to 30 to 80% of the space volume of the rice washing tank is always retained. Therefore, the height of the weir plate is usually approximately equal to or higher than the tip of the rice washing blade. The water supply should be in the same direction as the rice flow.

In addition, the structure of the blades is paddle-shaped and propeller-shaped.
It is preferable that the blade has the necessary angle to send the rice forward, and the blade end has no suitable angles so as not to crush the rice. The time it takes for rice to pass through this rice washing tank is approximately
30 to 90 seconds is sufficient, and there is no need to make it longer. The washed rice that has climbed over the weir board installed at the end of the rice washing tank is sent together with dirty rice washing water to the next flat draining section, where it is piled up and sent to the next flat draining section, which is followed by chute A consisting of an inclined draining board. fall into. By the weir plate section which also serves as a drainer, the washed rice waste water is separated into a water receiving case 10 and discharged to a drain pipe 11, and only the rice is sent to a rice feeding tank 12 by the slope of the drainer chute A. The material for the draining part can be perforated board or wire mesh. Furthermore, if you spray fresh water in the form of a mist from the top of this drainage part,
Dirty rice adhering to the rice can be washed off, resulting in a greater rice washing effect. One of the major features of the present invention is that this draining section and the mist water spray are connected to the rice washing tank.

The water in the water storage tank 17 is sent to the water injection nozzle 14 through the water pipe 13, and the water is injected from the nozzle 14 toward the rice feeding pipe 15.

In addition, this device can significantly save water by using water sprinkling and absorption water drainage in the above-described continuous water absorption type water absorption quantitative filling method for rice in the water storage tank 17 compared to the case where fresh water is used for rice washing and rice feeding. Furthermore, the effect of the weir plate and the structure of the accompanying drainage section made it possible to reduce the amount of water used by one-fifth. Conventional continuous rice washing and feeding equipment consists of a rice washing machine with rice and water supply means installed at the starting end of a rice washing tank having the required rice washing length, a rice washing blade inside, and an open end; It was equipped with a rice feeder that connected the suction pipe of a pump with a discharge pipe facing the rice receiving part to the lower part of the rice feeding tank with its terminal end communicating with the rice feeding tank, so it was possible to continuously feed rice from the starting end to the rice feeding tank. When the rice is poured into the rice washing tank and the rice washing blade is rotated, the rice is stirred while floating in the water and transferred from the starting end to the ending end. During this time, the rice is washed and falls from the ending end of the rice washing tank to the rice feeding tank, where it is sent by a pump. Since the rice was fed under pressure to the receiving section, rice could be washed and fed continuously, making it suitable for continuous rice cooking equipment, but the end of the rice washing tank was open into the rice feeding tank. As a result, the rice passes through the rice feeding tank without any resistance, and therefore, the friction between the rice, the rice washing blades, and the rice grains is weak, which not only makes it impossible to obtain a sufficient rice washing effect, but also prevents the rice from passing through the rice washing tank. Because the time is shortened, the rice ends up being sent to the rice transfer tank because it is not washed enough, and the rice needs to be washed again before cooking.
This device has the disadvantage that the rice passes through the pump during feeding, causing collision between the rice and the pump runner, resulting in broken rice, which makes it impossible to use depending on the type of rice.

Furthermore, since water is filled from the rice feeding tank to the rice washing tank, the amount of water used and wastewater is extremely large, making it uneconomical. Also, since a large amount of water pressure is applied to the rice feeding tank, it must be constructed to withstand pressure. This has the disadvantage that the equipment is expensive.

Fresh water is sprinkled from the top of the drainage area to rewash contaminated water. Finally, the washed and drained rice is sent to the rice feeding tank.
The rice is transferred along with water to the rice receiving section through the rice feeding pipe. Since rice washing and rice feeding can be carried out continuously in this way, when combined with continuous rice cooking equipment, its performance can be fully demonstrated and it is possible to provide a large amount of uniformly cooked rice at a low cost. It is.

As mentioned above, this device is equipped with a rice weir plate at the end of the rice washing tank, and this weir plate suppresses the free discharge of rice, providing resistance to the movement of the rice and reducing friction between the blades, the rice, and the rice grains. In addition to increasing the effectiveness of rice washing, the rice is thoroughly and uniformly washed during transfer to the rice washing tank by increasing the effectiveness of rice washing, and by simply setting up a process to remove contaminated rice washing water, the rice can be rewashed in the next rice cooking equipment. It is possible to obtain clean washed rice that does not require washing. In order to increase the effectiveness of this frictional rice washing, it is necessary that 30 to 80% of the space volume of the rice washing tank be filled with rice, so that the amount of water used can be reduced. The number of rice washing blades for supplying rice, the number of each blade, the angular rotation speed of the blades, etc. are designed according to the capacity of the rice washing tank.

A typical standard model has a rice washing tank capacity of approximately 10
~15, the installation interval of rice washing blades is 5 to 10 cm,
It is preferable to use two of these in combination, and the water depth in the rice washing tank is 9 to 12 cm. 3 to 10 kg of rice always accumulates in this rice washing tank, and the time it takes for the rice to pass through is 30 to 90 minutes.

In addition, in this device, the draining part that also serves as a weir plate in the rice washing tank is divided into a flat part and a sloping chute that follows it. The rice and water are received in this way, and the rice washing water is removed by this draining plate and then sent to the slope.New water is then sprinkled from above to wash off the contaminated rice washing water, and only the separated rice is sent to the rice feeding tank. The rice is then sent to the next process by a rice feeder, and the dirty water from washing does not mix with the rice.
Therefore, in the rice cooking equipment, even if this rice is washed again, only a slight rinse is sufficient, and if the rice is to be simplified, it is convenient to add water and cook rice by simply draining the rice water using the colander. . or,
It is also possible to make this flat part slightly upward so that the first dirty water flows back into the rice washing part. If the width of this flat part is too wide, it will be difficult for the rice to transfer to the next sloped part, so it will not be possible to get it as wide.Although it is not preferable, it is possible to achieve this effect by using a slightly thicker plate for the weir plate part. good.

Furthermore, in this device, the lower part of the rice feeding tank is shaped like a funnel, a water injection nozzle is installed in the center, and a rice feeding pipe is installed above the nozzle, so that the rice is introduced into the rice feeding pipe by the water jetting force. Because it is transferred by water flow,
Even in the case of soaked rice, rice can be sent without causing any broken rice.

In particular, this device uses a weir plate to store water in the rice washing tank and uses this water to wash the rice, without filling the rice feeding tank with water, which greatly reduces the amount of water used and wastewater. In addition to being economical, the rice feeding tank does not need to have a pressure-resistant structure, so the device is also inexpensive.

In addition, this device can wash and feed rice with almost no use of fresh water, by using the water sprinkling and drainage of absorbed water in the rice continuous water-sprinkling type water absorption quantitative filling method for washing and feeding the rice. Compared to using fresh water for washing and transporting rice, the amount of water used for washing and transporting rice is approximately 1/5, and the amount of rice is approximately 4/5
water savings can be measured.
