り同時に外枠1と固着し本体外郭を形成してい
る。ところで近年この第2図に示す加熱調理器の
外枠1には意匠や加工の自由度が大きい長所を生
かして樹脂成形材が多く使用されるようになつて
きており、比較的温度上昇が少なく複雑な形状が
要望される底カバー13においては熱可塑性樹脂
の使用が一般的である。しかし、万一制御部品等
の故障で異常過熱状態となつた場合には、加熱板
5の過熱で内容器4底面も過熱され、耐熱性のな
い熱可塑性樹脂からなる底カバー13には器体重
量が加えられているため加速度的に変形溶解し、
高温となつた内容器4あるいは加熱板5が床面に
直接接触して火災にいたる危険性があり、安全上
の対応が必要となつた。故に底カバー13に耐熱
性の高い樹脂や熱硬化性樹脂の使用が考えられる
が、材料コストが大幅に上昇したり、色等の意匠
的自由度がなくなつたり、機械的強度が不足した
りして欠点が多く適当な代替材料の入手が困難で
ある等の欠点があつた。

たものである。12はスイツチでスイツチレバー
9に連動し接触、離間する位置に固定され、また
シーズヒーター6に電気的接続するものである。
13は底カバーで熱可塑性樹脂材でなり、その底
面部には複数箇の後記する脚17の首部14の貫
通穴を有するものである。15は脚金具で複数箇
でなりその一端を内容器4の底面下に取付ねじ1
6で固定し、他端は後記する脚17を取付けるも
のである。17は脚で熱硬化性樹脂等の耐熱変形
材でなり、上部を下部より細径とする首部14を
形成する円筒状のものである。またこの脚17は
その首部14に底カバー13を嵌め更に脚金具1
5と取付ねじ18で結合させ外枠1と固定するも
のである。19は内鍋で加熱板5上に着脱自在に
載置したものである。20は蓋で外枠1に上部の
本体リング2を介し開閉自在に取付けたものであ
る。
