The rubber layer and polyurethane layer are integrally molded by injecting polyurethane into the rubber layer. This method has the disadvantage that the working steps are complicated and the resulting outsole is also hard.

The outsole of the shoe is integrally formed with a film, preferably a porous film, more preferably a stable microporous soft polyurethane film 3 with a sponge structure formed by a wet coagulation method.

The microporous film formed by this process can be advantageously used because it is easily integrated with rubber during vulcanization molding of rubber.

This is a microporous flexible polyurethane film produced by immersing the polyurethane in an organic solvent mixture to coagulate the polyurethane and then peeling it off from the support. A film with such a porous structure has a microporous structure, and during preforming that also serves as vulcanization of the rubber by overlapping it with rubber, the film and rubber are easily integrated due to the anchoring effect of both layers, and, When molded with hard polyurethane in an injection mold, it has a high affinity with the hard polyurethane and is easily integrated with the hard polyurethane.

That is, first, when pre-vulcanizing and pre-forming the rubber layer of the tread into a shape that fits the sole of the shoe, the soft polyurethane film is layered on top of the unvulcanized rubber injected into the mold and heated under pressure. Vulcanize and preform. The product taken out from here has the vulcanized rubber layer and the soft polyurethane film easily and firmly integrated. Cutting into the shape of the sole can be done before or after vulcanization preforming. In the present invention, this integrated rubber and polyurethane film is loaded into an injection mold with the film side facing up, and then hard polyurethane is injected into the mold to complete foam molding. The sole of the shoe of the present invention is also useful for partial use, for example, when only the toe portion of the shoe has a vulcanized rubber layer and the other portions are made of only hard polyurethane.

In particular, when a polyurethane film with a porous structure is used, the film has good stability during preforming with rubber, and is less likely to become hard as a molded shoe sole.

The final molded sole was very stiff, which was inconvenient.
