Conventional configuration and problems thereof Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, condensation formed on the inner surface of the air guider 1 flows down and falls from the guide part 2 to the air guider bottom part 3 as a dew treatment device for an air conditioner. The water then passes through the slit 4 and is guided into the bottom wall water receiving portion 5 where it naturally evaporates. Also, the air guider back section 6
The dew condensation formed on the outer surface of the air guide 1 falls downward, and the flowed down condensation falls from the guide part 2 to the air guider bottom part 3 due to surface tension, and is treated in the same way as the inner surface of the air guide 1.

However, with this device, condensation on the outer surface of the air guider back surface 6 starts from the top and grows as it flows down, so it may fall on the floor while flowing down to the guide section 2 or drop from the guide section to the bottom surface of the air guider. Therefore, as a measure to prevent dew from falling from the guide part 2 to the floor surface, there is a method of attaching a hydrophilic sticker 7 to absorb the dew from the guide part and allow it to evaporate. However, there were problems such as an increase in assembly man-hours, an increase in material costs, and the inability to treat dew on the way down to the guide section 2.

In the figure, the underframe main body 10 is an air guider 18.
and a bottom wall water receiving portion 19. The air guider 18 is composed of an air guider back section 20 and an air guider bottom section 21, and the bottom wall water receiving section 19 has a water receiving wall 22. Further, a guide portion 23 is formed at the lower end of the air guider back portion 20 to guide dew on the back surface into the inside, and knurling portions are vertically arranged at several locations between the air guider back portion and the guide portion 23. ing. Further, the air guider bottom section 21 is provided with a slit 24 that guides the dew flowing through the guide section 23 to the bottom dew water receiving section 19. 25 is the connection pipe 1
This is a notch space that suppresses the protrusion of the indoor unit main body 8 of No. 7 from the projection surface. The water receiving wall 22 extends to this notch space 25. Here, the slope of the air guider bottom portion 21 and the slope of the water receiving wall 22 are set to be parallel or greater.

Reference numeral 26 in FIG. 5 is a mold that enables synthetic resin molding of the underframe main body 10, as shown by the two-dot chain line.
It is divided into four parts, 26a, 26b, 26c, and 26d. The direction of division is as shown by the arrow in the figure.

In the above configuration, when cooling operation is performed for a long time, dew condensation occurs on the outer surface of the air guider back surface 20 and flows downward. Since the flowing dew is divided into several parts by the knurling part 27 until it reaches the guide part 23, the growth of the dew is suppressed. The dew that has passed through the knurled portion 27 falls from the guide portion 23 onto the air guider bottom portion 21 due to surface tension. The dew flowing on the air guider bottom part 21 passes through the slit 24, is guided into the bottom wall water receiving part 19, and evaporates naturally.

Therefore, it is possible to dispose of dew adhering to the outer surface of the frame body 10 without using a hydrophilic seal, and furthermore, the slope of the air guider bottom 21 and the slope of the water receiving wall 22 are set to be parallel to each other or more. Therefore, by dividing the mold 26 in the direction of the arrow, the air guider 18 and the bottom wall water receiver 19 can be integrally molded, reducing the weight of the indoor unit body and reducing the number of parts and assembly man-hours. It can be achieved. Moreover, the notch space 25 suppresses the protrusion of the connecting pipe 17 and allows the indoor unit main body to be installed more closely against the wall surface of the room.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention provides several knurling portions between the back surface of the air guider and the guide portion at the lower end to suppress the growth of dew and prevent dew from falling onto the floor. By making the water receiving walls of the air guider bottom and the water receiving wall of the bottom water receiving part slope in the same direction and at almost the same angle, the air conditioner main body can be made of synthetic resin by molding, reducing the number of parts and making assembly easier. This has the effect of reducing man-hours and reducing the weight of the air conditioner itself.
